Perfect hotel for families with kids. The room size was great as we had 3 little ones. The washing machine in the room was also convenient for us. The housekeeping was great and the room was very clean. Hotel facade and lobby area was also warm and welcoming. All their service staff were helpful and friendly, including the staff at the front lobby in charge of receiving parcels. Highly recommended!!

This review is solely for the service at this hotel, which has gone above and beyond my expectations and is very deserving of a 5 star review! I contacted the hotel from abroad to help me greet a family member who was celebrating their birthday in Chengdu. Echo, a hotel staff member, was super responsive and helpful in organizing a birthday message and gift for my family. It's difficult coordinating these things from outside of the country, so I really appreciated Echo's incredible service; of I'm in Chengdu, I'd certainly stay at this hotel!

It was a nice stay experience. Coffee and ice water are provided in the hotel lobby every day. I would have a cup before the afternoon meeting. The hotel environment is also very nice, and the back garden is very pleasant.

"Business Traveler Approved"|Impressed by the 24h business center and fast WiFi. Soundproof rooms ensured quiet work sessions. Staff helped arrange last-minute meeting space. Breakfast buffet had both Western and Sichuan options. All the staff at the hotel are very professional, making me feel at home even while traveling.

A short trip over weekend to Chengdu for watching musical shows and that's the reason for me staying at Citadines Gaoxin for its location, which is only 10-mins walk away from the theatre. The hotel apartment is surprisingly good in term of services and room sizes which is really values for the money. Even though there are few facilities inside the complex, you can find whatever needed near the apartment as there are convenient stores and restaurants nearby. The only shortcoming I could find is NO service lift in the building. It would be a bit weird and inconvenient for guests to take the same lift with the cleaning staffs who are carrying big baskets of dirty towels and bed-sheets especially during busy hours for checking out. Still, I will definitely stay again for next musical trip in Chengdu.
