Front staffs are very kind and generous. Got Welcomed a lot. As 5star hotel,it’s little less luxurious. If you stay long Using Landry, very convenient to use. For business travellers,highly recommend.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel. I must single out May for her truly exceptional kindness and support. From the moment | arrived, she went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. She personally helped me book reliable taxi. She offered wonderful local recommendations to explore Chengdu like a local and always greeted me with a warm smile and genuine care. Her hospitality made me feel not just like a guest, but like a friend. To my surprise and delight, she even thoughtfully surprised me. This gesture has touched me deeply and reflected her generous spirit. If every hotel had a person like May, the world of travel would be so much brighter. Thank you so much for everything. You have made my time in Chengdu truly special! Highly, highly recommend this hotel because of her outstanding service.

Pros: Great location ( close to metro station and tons of restaurants around), friendly staff, good breakfast, clean room. Cons: bath towel quality can be better (just my personal preference)

Location of the hotel was good. The front desk staff were very polite and helpful at many times such as collecting our online order and ordering outside food. The cleanliness was satisfactory. Certain items such as reading lamp were old although the room was clean and cozy. Free self-service laundry was very helpful for us. Breakfast includes both Chinese and Western with varied options in the menu and the taste was good too.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Chengdu Wuhou and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is exceptionally clean, which made my stay very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.I would especially like to commend the front desk staff, particularly a lady named Amy from the Front Office Department. She was very professional, courteous, and made check-in and check-out a breeze. Her warm and welcoming attitude truly stood out and added to the overall positive experience.I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chengdu. The combination of cleanliness, excellent service, and a great location makes it a top choice for travelers. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit!

The hotel is located near the subway, making travel very convenient. The front desk staff are professional and enthusiastic, and they are also equipped with robots to deliver food upstairs, providing an excellent experience. Older hotel, but the rooms are larger than the new ones.
