We had such a wonderful time during our stay! From the moment we checked in, the staff made us feel right at home. The room was spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. We loved attention to detail throughout the hotel. Would absolutely stay again.

Horrible service and not professional! They promised to send me the invoice by email and never did and called them but so difficult for them to even understand how to take my email, after so much difficulties they finally took my email and promised to send but still didn't!! Very disappointed with the service, please Accor look into this big problem!

This is my second trip to Chengdu and I stayed away from the usual city centre ( Taikoo Li). This area is near the Wuhou Temple and Jinli Ancient Town. It feels more local with narrower streets. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Away from the tourist crowds.

The hotel overall service are good. Everyone is very polite. The room is clean but shower haed and some of the facility are a bit old. The warm water during shower is not consistant.The breakfast food quality is good, taste good. Happy to stay at this hotel.

Very helpful staff. Family Room very spacious and clean. Hotel very near to MRT just 5-7mins walking distance and surround by restaurant and convenient stall. Highly recommended.
