Google· 2 months agoWhat stands out for this small luxury hotel is it's service and vibe. A shout out to Pang, Goi, Note and Oh (and the elderly gentleman at the door that we did not get his name) ...for making our first trip to Chiangmai memorable. They are always attentive and helpful. The rooms are huge with a large outdoor tub laid out as a center piece for the Premier Suite. The superb breakfast is a semi buffet and a list of ala carte menu that is cook to perfection. Overall, the vibe is modern, cosy and relax; set in a trendy neighbourhood.

Tripadvisor· a month agoMy husband and I came here for our honeymoon and had a wonderful experience. We were upgraded to a premiere suite, which has an outdoor private tub included. The hotel is well maintained, clean, quiet, and beautiful. Staff is kind and professional. We scheduled a private transfer from the airport to the hotel and it was very affordable and handled smoothly. They offer in-room massages at very reasonable prices. The surrounding area is adorable, with trendy shops and restaurants/bars. Starbucks and 7-11 are within walking distance, for those who aren’t feeling adventurous. It’s really an excellent place all around.

Tripadvisor· a month agoHad a wonderful stay at Amanor Chiang Mai for my solo trip. All the staff that I’ve encountered with were extremely professional, polite and very hospitable. I also enjoyed a free upgrade to a suite during my stay which came as a pleasant surprise. However I do think there’s a funny smell on the pillow cases, despite changing my pillows, that smell was still there. Special shoutout to Noon and Goi, the receptionist that handled my check out gracefully. Khun Noon especially, was exceptionally attentive during our interactions. Khun Note, the hotel attendant, was also very helpful with my luggage and he speaks very good English. Thank you Amanor again!

Trip.com· 4 months agoHad a wonderful stay at Amanor Hotel Chiang Mai. The hotel is very clean, modern, and well-maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile.One of the most thoughtful touches was that guests can request extra pillows and even choose their preferred pillow mist fragrance, which made the stay feel extra comfortable and personalized.The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of delicious options every morning. The location is also fantastic, right in the Nimman area, making it very convenient to explore cafes, restaurants, shopping, and all the attractions nearby.Overall, a great hotel with excellent service, comfortable rooms, thoughtful details, and a perfect location. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Chiang Mai.

Google· 6 days agoAn excellent hotel close to the sights and night markets. Staff are exceptional. A particular highlight was the kitchen where the food was well above average hotel quality. Congratulations to the chef. My only critique is the room was a little dark for my taste. Others will probably like the lighting level for the atmospheric quality the lower level gives.

Tripadvisor· a month agoPerfect hotel for solo female travelers. Quiet, safe and beautifully decorated. I was made to feel extremely welcomed by Noon at the Front desk, Kai who cleaned my room and Ann who greeted me every morning in the restaurant. I would tell her where I hoped to go that day and she made great suggestions and even pointed out places on a map. I felt so welcomed at this beautiful hotel. I will definitely be back.

Tripadvisor· a month agoCheck-in experience was pleasant. Staff assisted with luggage outside of the entrance and brought us into the lobby. During the check-in process, we indulged in coffee and lemon water in the upscale environment. Staff has been very friendly and helpful with queries as well, such as location of facilities and surrounding amenities. Huge kudos to Yo, Pang and O for the thorough assistance and care throughout our stay. Will definitely be recommending Amanor as the place to stay in Chiang Mai.

Tripadvisor· a month agoThe dining experience at the Amnor Hotel was delicious, varied, and well-prepared. It wasn't a massive buffet—so at first glance, we thought there weren't many options—but then the waitress arrived with a diverse menu full of great choices for everyone to order individually. I loved this concept because it meant no food went to waste! The dishes came out quickly and were beautifully prepared and very tasty; everyone—from the parents to the children—found something they liked. A special thank you to the kitchen staff—Ann, Jam, Preaw, Must, and Panda—who always welcomed us with a smile and patiently accommodated every request.
