The architect’s vision is truly impressive! The staff were wonderfully attentive, and the massage was excellent — a perfect way to relax and unwind. A special mention goes to the restaurant: both the food and the presentation were impeccable! Thank you to the whole team for your warm hospitality and a wonderful stay!

We truly loved the hotel environment very much. The atmosphere was peaceful, relaxing, and surrounded by beautiful natural scenery. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a quiet getaway.Although I forgot to take photos of the room, I must say the room was very spacious. The bathroom was huge and sparkling clean, which made our stay even more comfortable. Everything was well maintained and felt fresh.We especially enjoyed having breakfast at the hotel restaurant. The food was delicious, and the views were absolutely magnificent. Starting the day with such a beautiful view made our stay even more memorable.Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely consider coming back. However, do note that it is more convenient to have a car if you stay at this hotel, as it takes about 15 minutes to drive to the city centre.

Very elegant sophisticated dining. Presentation and quality of food is top notch. Beautiful setting. Comfortable seating. Attentive service. Fairly costly but recommended for special occasions for sure. Did not stay at hotel, just dining.

Was a smaller boutique hotel on the river. Lush green with warm exposed brick work and simple lined architecture. Lovely lung spaces though small and a lovely reataurant overlooking the lawn and river. |Rooms were spacious and mine faced the restaurant and river beyond. Layout was thoughtful and bed facing the glass windows and greenery. Room was aesthetic in design and very convenient and chic. |Reception staff a bit lacking though and communication seemed to be a problem. They did make up with the freebies as compensation. The afternoon special tea set was amazing and they goofed up and forgot that I had requested vegetarian. Immediately gave a free vegetarian set . Dinner was good but not exceptional. A tad pricy and limited choice. A good place to stay and pretty central as well , yet an oasis once inside.

What a fantastic stay at Cross Chiang Mai Riverside! 🌿 The hotel has a beautiful riverside setting, a great atmosphere and a really relaxing feel. The staff were friendly, attentive and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The rooms were comfortable, the food was lovely and the whole experience felt very special. A great place to stay if you’re visiting Chiang Mai and want somewhere a little more peaceful and stylish. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a fantastic stay! The service and staff are truly excellent—attentive without being intrusive. The food is very good, and the rooms are comfortable, well-appointed, and have everything you need. One of the best parts is the hotel's scale; because it isn't huge, you enjoy a wonderful sense of privacy at all times. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

They really went all out for our honeymoon, with a warm welcome, wine, rose petals on the bed, and sweet messages on the mirror! Team Cross River was super helpful the whole time. Plenty of breakfast options, the pool was nice and clean, and we even got a 500 voucher for food at Oxygen restaurant. The swimming pool was nice and clean. The gym was very small and one machine was out of order. Overal hotel facilities were very simple though. Good location and grabbing a ride was pretty easy.

We encountered some unforeseen circumstances during our stay at Cross Riverside Chiang Mai Hotel. However, we wish to express our full appreciation to Mr. Julian Bruno, the General Manager, who addressed our concern promptly with a warm and personal telephone call in a very timely manner. We thank him once again. On a positive note, the food served was exceptionally delicious and beautifully presented. We would also like to encourage others to visit and experience the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel.
