The hotel is located quite deep in a small alley, so it’s more convenient if you have a car. The road is a bit narrow, but luckily there isn’t much traffic.The staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. I had an issue with my booking through Trip.com, and they handled it really well.The room was quiet and comfortable. The minibar is complimentary, which is a nice touch.The bathroom is spacious and well-equipped. However, I did notice some mold along the tile grout in a few areas, which could be better maintained.Overall, it was a comfortable and worthwhile stay.

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood just a 10-minute walk from Maya Mall and close to Chiang Mai University, this place is surrounded by a wonderful variety of local restaurants. But what truly won me over was the warmth of the accommodation itself. The breakfast experience was something special — each morning, you choose one dish and one drink, and it's prepared fresh, right in front of you. You can feel the genuine care and dedication poured into every single plate. It wasn't just a meal; it was a small moment of sincerity that stayed with me. The peaceful atmosphere, the thoughtful service, the honest food — everything came together in a way that felt truly heartfelt. I will absolutely be coming back. 🥹

I had a fantastic stay at SYN Hotel Chiang Mai. The rooms are spacious and stylish—comfortable, thoughtfully designed, and spotlessly clean. The staff were warm, professional, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety and fresh options. The pool and common areas are beautiful and match the hotel’s modern, chic design. The location is ideal—just a short walk to Maya Mall, Nimman One shopping district, and the nearby weekend markets. Everything was perfect; there’s nothing more we could ask for. We’ll definitely be back!

During out stay, the pool was in the renovation. However, the hotel has pre-informed us about the upgraded work and offer us to upgrade the hotel. Overall, the hotel was quiet, and easy to access every location especially in the Nimman and old city. The hotel staff is helpful and good, and breakfast was good.

We booked two rooms for a family trip in Chiang Mai. My parents and I had different flight departure times, so we needed to check out at different times. The hotel concierge kindly assisted us with this, which made everything very smooth. All the hotel staff were extremely friendly, and the facilities were excellent. Highly recommended!⭐️⭐️⭐️

The staffs in this hotel are very good in service. Especially the guy name Khun Gui, he took care my mom age 85 years very good. The room is clean the beds are comfortable. Recommended.

We stayed here 5 nights. Staff are very hospitable and caring, and a credit to the hotel. The hotel is very clean and well run. Rooms are spacious and serviced daily with everything you'd expect from a 5 star hotel. A few downsides are breakfast could offer more variety/choice, rooms are without balconies and you cannot open the windows, and the electrics/lights in the rooms are confusing to use. The pool area needs some TLC, and the location is some distance from the the old town, about 20 minutes in a taxi. Overall if you want to be near the Maya Shopping Mall the location is good but some distance from the town centre and it's attractions, weekend Walking Streets, Night Bizarre etc.

This hotel is perfect for those who appreciate a laid-back yet stylish vibe. What impressed me most was how every service touchpoint felt intentional and well-designed. But the absolute highlight? The bed. It was so incredibly comfortable that it completely ruined my plans for a morning run—I just couldn't bring myself to get out of it! Highly recommended for anyone looking to avoid the crowds and just sink into comfort.
