Stayed here for almost 10 nights and honestly loved it so much! The bed was super comfortable! I slept really well every night. The room was also nice and quiet, which made the stay even more relaxing. All the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the housekeeping team was very friendly too. Thank you for making my stay in Chiang Mai such a great experience. I will definitely come back again if I visit Chiang Mai in the future. เริ่ดมากกกก

Wonderful hotel in Chiang Mai! We stayed for 6 nights. They welcomed us with a decorated room and cookies, the cookies were very good! We stayed during the New Year's Eve time and they had complimentary snacks throughout the day. The suite room was very good, with comfy mattress and all the essentials. Tucked away in a quiet street, the hotel is silent and peaceful. The staff is very warm and welcoming and always smiling throughout the day. Highly recommend this hotel!

Great hotel. It seems to have opened very recently-everything is brand new and sparkling clean. All the staff are incredibly friendly and polite, making it a real pleasure to stay here. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and I slept really well.My only recommendation: when housekeeping starts at 8 AM, it would be better if the staff turned down their walkie-talkies a bit, as the noise can disturb guests who are still sleeping.Other than that, overall, I highly recommend this place to everyone!

The room was excellent and smelled very clean and fresh. The housekeeping staff provided great service, and all the hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly. The bedding was extremely comfortable, and I slept very well during my stay. The room was also very quiet and relaxing. If I have the chance, I would definitely come back and stay here again.

The room was nice. The location was good. The breakfast wasn’t very good enough not very warm some dishes are cold. And the room wasn’t sound proof even the voice of the cleaning sound are heard in the morning and can’t sleep well. Sometime they are speaking in the runways, their voices are so loud and even awaken from sleep. But the front desk was incredibly nice and helping everything we need.

My wife and I stayed at The Rise Suites Chiang Mai on the 27th for our wedding anniversary. I informed the hotel in advance via Agoda without expecting anything, but we were pleasantly surprised by a beautifully decorated room with heart-shaped towel art, balloons, an anniversary card, and cookies. It was very warm and thoughtful. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with genuine smiles and helped with our luggage. Check-in was smooth and fast. We also received breakfast and welcome drink vouchers, which we used at the hotel café — the Americanos were excellent. Our room on the 7th floor was clean, spacious, comfortable, and smelled fresh. The entire floor had a pleasant fragrance, and everything was well prepared. Breakfast offered a good variety of Thai and Western options, all fresh and tasty. Overall, this hotel truly cares about its guests. Our anniversary stay was memorable, and we would definitely stay here again and recommend it to both Thai and international friends. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The service was amazing. Room cleaned daily with no intrusion or door knocks, the staff always knew to clean when we were out of the room. The room looked great and comfy and with A smart TV. Nice clean bathroom and bath tub with good amenities

Booked for a week in between work in Thailand for some rest and online meetings, and got an upgrade to a room with a bathtub which is a pleasant surprise. The staff are very friendly. Breakfast selections are good with local Thai and international options. (They serve great sourdough bread 😇)The food at the restaurant is great too!
