Google· 3 months agoWe really enjoyed our stay at U Nimman Chiang Mai and would definitely stay here again. The location is outstanding, with countless restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, and attractions all within easy walking distance. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and seemed to genuinely enjoy what they do. Our room was comfortable and well maintained, although it was a little noisier than expected despite being away from the main street. A nice touch was the complimentary minibar drink for each guest every night. The breakfast was good with plenty of choices, but I wish they offered more vegetable dishes. With so many Asian guests, it seems like adding more steamed or stir-fried vegetables would be an easy improvement. The gym was also better than expected for a hotel and allowed us to get solid workouts in. My only suggestion would be to fix the rattling on all three treadmills. Overall, this is an excellent hotel in one of the best locations in Chiang Mai. The few minor issues weren't enough to take away from a very enjoyable stay, and we would happily return.

She was very friendly, welcoming, and professional. I was pleasantly surprised when she kindly arranged a room upgrade for me, which made my stay even more special. As a traveler from Taiwan, I truly appreciate her warm hospitality and thoughtful service. It's little gestures like these that make a trip memorable. Google· 5 months agoFrom the very first step entering U Nimman Hotel, we already felt completely satisfied by the warm welcome and professional atmosphere. First impressions are extremely important, especially for guests visiting for the first time, because it’s often the only thing people can initially judge a hotel by. What made our experience truly exceptional was the receptionist named Sun at the front desk during check-in. Sun was incredibly warm, professional, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. Since it was our first time staying here, he carefully explained everything in a very clear and welcoming way, making us feel comfortable immediately. Honestly, with Sun’s hospitality alone, this hotel already deserves 5 stars. He represented the hotel with genuine care, trust, and professionalism that left a lasting impression on us. You can truly feel that U Nimman Hotel values real hospitality, not just service. Thank you again to Sun for making our first experience so memorable. We will definitely come back again.

Tripadvisor· a month agoThe location was very convenient, just across from the happening One Nimman area. This made it easy to get around and commute anywhere in Chiang Mai. The room was very spacious, with a corner bed that my kid liked a lot, as well as a balcony. They also provided complimentary drinks every day, which was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and accommodated all our requests. The 24-hour check-in/check-out cycle was especially helpful for us, since our flights arrived late and also departed late. They also helped arrange transportation for our day activities The breakfast spread was good, and the restaurant had a nice layout with plenty of natural light. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and would love to visit again. One minor suggestion: the washroom curtains become quite transparent when the room light is off. It would be good if this could be improved.

Google· 5 months agoI had a wonderful stay at U Nimman Chiang Mai. The location is perfect — convenient, lively, and close to many cafés, restaurants, and shopping areas. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a warm smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and welcoming. Breakfast had a great variety and everything was fresh and delicious. Thank you to the team, especially MPLD, for the excellent hospitality and making my stay so enjoyable. I would definitely love to come back again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chiang Mai.

Google· 4 months agoI had a pleasant stay at this hotel. One of my favorite parts was the breakfast, which offered a good variety of choices and was always fresh and delicious. The room was comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming. I would also like to thank Blessing and Froy for her excellent service and friendly attitude. She was very helpful and made my stay even more enjoyable. I look forward to staying here again.

I also loved the room decoration it was stylish, comfortable, and created a very relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. Trip.com· 5 months agoThe hotel location was very good and convenient. The bed was really comfortable, and overall the room was nice. The toilet was a little bit dirty, but still acceptable. Since the room was near a bar, you could hear some music at night, but it was not too bad. Overall, it was still a good stay 👍🏻
