I had a wonderful stay at Hilton Chongqing! > The location is very convenient for visiting famous attractions like Hongyadong and Liziba Station, Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street. > The breakfast was delicious and diverse, the service was very professional, and the price was very reasonable for families. Highly recommended! ^^ What a great experience and I would definitely stay here again!

Impeccable service warmly greeted at check in. Received help with luggage to room. Generous Hhonors benefits. Absolutely huge rooms just look at the size from the photos. Had to check out for a guided tour early. Front desk Luke provided good help to stow my luggage until the evening and provided great advice getting access to breakfast before 7am start timing. Great Hhonors redemption booking and a wonderful first impression of Hilton Chongqing and the city. The front desk lady (didn’t get her name) who checked me in 25 April evening 9:30PM was really wonderful too. Thanks for the lovely stay

Stay here just for a night, room is a bit old fashion, is a bit far from tourist spit area. However the room AC seems does not work well, at night getting warm and sweat. Room is spacious, they provide everything that you need. Thank you for your hospitality.

We had a wonderful stay. The check-in process was incredibly efficient, and the staff truly went above and beyond for my elderly mum. Thank LiXing annd XiaoYang, rainy weather, they were compassionate enough to grant us an early check-in, which we deeply appreciated. 🙏🏻 The rooms are spacious, elegant designed, and the beds are exceptionally comfortable. To top it off, the breakfast spread offered a fantastic variety of delicious options. Highly recommended for its service and accessibility!

We had a lovely stay at the Hilton in Chongqing. We are gold level Hilton members, and we were treated accordingly by all the staff. We were very impressed with Mia at the Front Desk for Check-in, and Mia Yuki and Erleen Fu at the Executive Lounge. Their service levels were exemplary. It’s true that the hotel is showing its age a little, but it is still impressive and the location was excellent with a lot of key attractions on your doorstep and a Metro station just a five-minute walk away.

We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Chongqing. The breakfast spread was great to start the day.But the real highlight was China Moon, the hotel’s Chinese restaurant. We ended up having all our dinners there during the stay, the food was simply amazing. Every dish was flavorful, well-prepared and consistently impressive. It’s rare to find a hotel restaurant you want to return to night after night but China Moon made it easy.

We recently stayed at the Hilton Chongqing and had a very positive experience, especially because of the exceptional customer service provided by Brenda and the hotel team. During our trip, we unexpectedly needed to arrange an international delivery from Chongqing back to our home country. We were unfamiliar with the local logistics options and language. The hotel team, especially Brenda, went far beyond her duties to help us. She patiently coordinated information exchange with the delivery company, helped us check through different shipping options, payment and followed through closely to ensure the process was smooth. What impressed us most was her willingness to personally coordinate the entire process and support us every step of the way. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care made a huge difference to our experience. We are truly grateful for Brenda’s kindness and dedication, and also to Steve and the rest of the team. The location is closed to the metro station, and easy accessible to the public transportation. Kacey and Neve the receptionist gave a warm welcome by offering me a complimentary drink of my choice. The lobby is spacious and trendy. However the furniture is outdated and the building looks aged and needs an extreme makeover in its exterior. The google location of the hotel is not correct. The real location is further 500 meters southwest of the wrong location.

For a meal without leaving the hotel, China Moon serves Cantonese and Sichuan dishes, and Cafe@Two offers seafood and international buffets. River Lounge is a good spot for cocktails and coffee with a city view. Nearby, you'll find local snack restaurants within a short walk, and Oliver Brown chocolate and cafe is about 1.3 km away. For more options, Lianglukou Metro Station is a 3-minute walk, making it easy to reach other dining areas in the city.
