Loved the room |room and toilet is very clean. There was a balcony as well. All the amenities were present. Enjoyed with the family. Atmosphere is good and breakfast buffet was very good . Location is very good near to shops and restaurants a very good location.room value is very good. I will recommend this hotel. The only issue was it took 1 hour from the reception to go to our rooms

Had a wonderful stay at Pearl Grand Colombo. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout our visit. The food was delicious. The rooftop pool was definitely a highlight - very clean, relaxing, and offers a beautiful panoramic view of Colombo. Overall, a lovely experience and a great place to stay in Colombo. Highly recommended!

I have stayed at Pearl Grand three times, and unfortunately, the experience seems to be declining with each visit. While the hotel was once very good, it now seriously needs to address its cleanliness and pest control issues.The main concern is the pest problem. Small bugs were coming out from between the desk and the wall, which was quite uncomfortable and unacceptable. Additionally, the headboard of the bed was dusty, indicating a lack of proper housekeeping attention.Breakfast is served à la carte, which is fine and likely helps reduce wastage. The amenities were acceptable overall. However, the cleanliness and pest issues significantly impact the overall experience.I hope the management takes immediate action to improve these concerns, as the hotel has the potential to be much better.

We booked a Deluxe Category Room, which was around LKR 20k per night room only. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the room was quite dusty and felt uncomfortable. We also noticed some stains on the bedsheet, so we raised our concerns with the hotel management. We truly appreciate the management’s effort to address the issue. One of the managers personally came to speak with us and kindly upgraded us to a Suite Category Room. We are grateful for the gesture and the effort they made to improve our experience. The Suite Room was better, but there is still room for improvement in terms of cleanliness and overall maintenance. Hopefully, the hotel will take these points into consideration and continue improving their standards.

We recently held a birthday party at Rathna Pearl Grand Hotel and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish! The hall decoration, arrangement, and overall ambiance was perfect. The food was exceptional - delicious, fresh, and plentiful. All our guests really enjoyed it and complimented us. What made the event truly special was the outstanding service. The staff was extremely professional, friendly and attentive throughout the event. A very special thank you to Mr. Rilwan and Mr. Susil for their amazing support and service. They went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and took great care of all our needs. Their dedication and hospitality is highly commendable. We are so happy we chose Rathna Pearl Grand for our celebration. Highly recommended for any parties and functions! We will definitely be coming back again.

⭐️ 1/5 — Extremely disappointing experience I have been staying at this hotel almost once every month since 2024, and unfortunately, this was the first time I had such a disappointing experience. I made my booking through Agoda and, completely by mistake, selected 1 guest instead of 2. I stayed alone on the first day, and when my sister joined me on the second day, the hotel charged me an additional LKR 8,000. I understand that there can be an extra charge for an additional guest, but the way this situation was handled by the reception staff and the new manager was extremely unpleasant. The reception staff were arrogant, and the manager was rude and unprofessional. What makes this even more frustrating is that I had booked a room with a larger bed, but instead, they simply put two single beds together and provided that as the sleeping arrangement. If the hotel is willing to make such compromises with the room arrangement, charging an additional LKR 8,000 for my sister joining me for one night feels completely unreasonable. I have stayed here many times under the previous staff and have never experienced anything like this. The difference in service and attitude was honestly shocking. To be fair, I have nothing negative to say about the security staff or the room boys. They have always been kind, helpful and respectful. Unfortunately, the attitude of the reception staff and the new management completely ruined my experience. After being a regular customer for nearly two years, I expected much better treatment. This will definitely make me reconsider staying here again.

We recently hosted a workshop at Pearl Grand by Rathna, Colombo, and had a very positive experience. The staff were extremely supportive and attentive throughout the event, providing excellent service and ensuring that all our requirements were well taken care of. We selected the Sri Lankan menu, and the food was excellent. The taste, quality, and presentation were impressive, and our participants thoroughly enjoyed both the meals and snacks provided. The rooftop venue, its surroundings, and the other facilities were also well suited to our workshop. Considering the quality of the venue, food, facilities, and service, we found the overall package to be very reasonably priced and particularly suitable for organisations hosting workshops and similar events. We highly recommend Pearl Grand by Rathna for its venue, food, value for money, and excellent service. Our sincere thanks to the management and the entire staff for their support and hospitality. Had a really great stay at Pearl Grand Colombo. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent throughout our stay. The food was also really good with a nice variety of options. Overall, everything was great, and I had a very pleasant experience. Definitely a place I’d be happy to visit again!
