A straightforward, comfortable stay with service that went above expectations. They accommodated an early check-in despite being fully booked, which was a huge help after travelling. The room was comfortable and the staff friendly throughout. Breakfast was fantastic and started early — a thoughtful touch for anyone with a morning departure. Oxygen is available around the clock, which made a real difference at altitude.

Our delayed flight to Cusco got us there at 6 a.m. On arrival to the hotel, a doorman grabbed our bags, led us into the lobby for registration and gave us a cup of steaming coca tea. Staff was attentive, professionally dressed, groomed and helpful the entire time. Our room (231) had two full beds and spacious enough for two adult men (minor effort coordi ating when moving around). The bathroom was spacious as well. The unit had its own mini-split for cooling. The hotel is quiet, but expect to hear doors slamming shut because of revelers or people going out at 2 a.m. to catch a tour. The breakfast was typical, with a daily variety of proteins other than scrambled eggs. I added steam veg every morning. My go to was a mix of ready to cook oats, popped quinoa, hot milk and two large spoons of dulce de leche-you can thank me later for this tip! We had friends who stayed there and were next to a bar which was loud all night long. The construction at Cusco interlock with other buildings, so request a room away or at least not next to any connecting bars. Our was 231, like I mentioned earlier and it was very quiet during the night.

Overall quite nice. Location very good. 5 minute walk to city Centre and lots of restaurants. Hotel was clean and neat. We enjoyed our stay. Allowed us to leave luggage for an extra day while we joined tour groups. Good experience!

The hotel is right next to Plaza de Armas, so the location is excellent. When we checked in, they proactively helped us with our luggage. The lobby was cool and had a very pleasant fragrance. They also offered us coca tea (Coca Tea) to help with altitude sickness. The hotel provided a welcome drink, and my favorite part was that they let us check in early for free. The room was standard but fairly spacious and well equipped; we didn’t need a plug adapter to charge our devices. Every staff member was warm and friendly, which made us very happy.

Elena, Marco, and Estrella provide outstanding service. The breakfast is always beautifully presented, and they are warm, welcoming, and attentive from the moment you arrive. They are always happy and passionate about what they do, which truly enhances the experience and makes every interaction even more enjoyable. Their hard work clearly shows in the care they put into every detail and the excellent service they provide to their customers. They make every breakfast a wonderful and memorable experience. In addition, the food options are excellent, with a good variety of dishes available to suit different tastes. The selection is well thought out, offering both fresh and satisfying choices that make breakfast even more enjoyable. The hotel itself is very nice, and the rooms are comfortable and well maintained. The room service is also good, adding to the overall positive experience of the stay.

Wyndham Cusco is a great hotel with a beautiful design and an excellent location. Step outside, and you're right in the heart of Cusco, making it easy to explore the city on foot. Despite its central location, the hotel is very well insulated, providing a quiet and restful night's sleep. Our first room felt a bit small, but the second room was spacious and outstanding. The breakfast was very good, with a nice selection of items, including made-to-order options. The hotel restaurant also serves delicious and generously portioned meals—I would definitely recommend trying it at least once during your stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Another convenience is that there's a laundromat directly across the street from the hotel, which is especially useful for travelers on longer trips. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cusco.

Very disappointing stay. - The worst part is the service on the phone, whenever we call the operator concierge or front desk, they sound really irritated and gruff and one guy even TSKED at my request for toothpaste and asked me to ask tomorrow (it was 11 pm and we had just had a long travel day and checked in). They always take like 15-20 rings to answer the phone, and it’s so important after a tiring day of travel that we can get the help we need quickly. - In-person service at front door was alright some smiles, front desk no smiles. - At some point in our stay the entire hotel ran out of bathroom slippers. -,Water is only free for first 2 bottles a day. - Rooms feel like a dungeon with only a window that opens to an airwell could be a Cusco thing, I thought they would be at the nice courtyard in their photos but it’s actually all in a back annex building. Courtyard is just the entrance but quite pretty. - Our air conditioning was SO LOUD and rattling and this is coming from someone who sleeps with earplugs - I liked that they gave 3 pillows per bed, pillows and bed linen was all very comfy and clean. - Location is pretty good, we recommend Lavaderia Panchita nearby for bulk same day washing only 6 soles per kg run by a sweet old couple - Breakfast on our first day was GREAT cos of the chicken chaufa very yummy but sadly they didn’t have it the next day. Decent selection overall, good French toast - Walked out one day to the courtyard and they didn’t have the coca tea stand setup! Should be more consistent about the coca tea availability.

We had a wonderful dining experience at the hotel restaurant. There was a great variety of dishes to choose from, and every single one we tried was delicious. Our favorites were the llama dish and the risotto, both of which were outstanding. We would especially like to recognize Edwin for his exceptional service. He was attentive, polite, professional, and truly made our experience memorable. His friendly attitude and attention to detail were the best. Thank you, Edwin, for making our visit so enjoyable! We highly recommend this restaurant and look forward to returning.
