10-15mins walk to the City Center. A bit uphill. Uber is available so if you’re not a walking person, you can book an uber for about 2-4€ each way.Room:Big and spacious. Free coca tea in the reception.

This was a really good hotel, the rooms were comfortable but unfortunately there wasn’t any TV in English. The bar was super cute and wasn’t too loud, and it was both stair and elevator accessible. My friend fractured her foot early in our vacation and the hotel was really accommodating to her, the buffet was super cool—with a chief making omelets.

A beautiful and quiet place overlooking the city. The staff were very friendly and check-in was swift. The room is spacious and bright and the toilet is very clean. The bed is super comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel to downtown Cusco by taxi was not that far and still a place that is worth staying. The staff are attentive and its highly recommended. I enjoyed my stay.

We had an excellent stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Cusco. The service throughout was outstanding, and the hotel was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was a highlight, and Jackie provided exceptional service every morning—she truly made a difference. Alex at the front desk was also fantastic and ensured we received a great room while recognizing our Diamond status, which we really appreciated. Overall, a wonderful experience. We would definitely stay here again.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The staff are so helpful and friendly. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The hotel is in a good location and comes with a great view. The breakfast is very good and starts at 5 am. I’ve never stayed in a hotel before that offers breakfast that early. Check in and check out times are also generous. They also have self service laundry here which is good. Honestly I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Overall the hotel is big, clean, well maintained, and offers excellent value. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Such a lovely stay in Cusco! The view is awesome, extremely clean rooms and great food. Breakfast was so rich and the ambiance was lovely. Laura from Front Desk and Richard from rooms cleaning need to be mentioned for their great work. But the entire team was great also.

Staff very attentive and helpful, breakfast commences early (aprox 5am) to accommodate for site seeing and activities, and if needing to leave earlier than this they will make you a breakfast to go bag. Good variety and quality of food at the breakfast and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Had a minor issue during our stay but the staff were forthcoming to ensure it was resolved, they were professional and compensated us adequately. Lovely shower and bed and had coca tea and coca cookies available in the lobby in the afternoons.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Hilton Diamond status was well recognized and they took Good care of us. Staff is fantastic and eager to help. Rooms are good with proper air-conditioning that works as expected. We had food at the restaurant which was also very good. Overall this is one of the best Hilton Garden Inns I have stayed. Note that it is at top of a hill at elevation, the views are nice but if you have difficulty with altitude this is not the best location to walk from Plaza to the hotel. We did walking downhill and used uber to return to hotel all the time.
