Amazingly friendly staff at front desk and breakfast buffet. Free breakfast was delicious and included custom-made eggs. Front desk staff spoke very good English and they offer a free taxi to the airport. Room was extremely clean and nice. Shower was fantastic. Location is great in San Blas arts district. Hugely recommend!

I would stay here again. The style is very traditional, and there's a beautiful courtyard in the middle. You can sit and have tea on a sunny day. I was impressed with the breakfast, they had healthy options like oats and chia seeds. The location is really close to the San Blas Plaza, this is where tour guides will pick you up and drop you off.

My GF and I stayed here 5 nights and loved it. Great location and super friendly staff. We 100% recommend staying here. The staff went above and beyond to organize a taxi from the airport, make us packed lunches for and early morning departure, and felt safe and comfortable for our entire stay. Great breakfast with a different amazing, fresh juice option every day. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and far enough away from the main square to get some quiet, easy sleep.

Perfect little hotel for a few days in Cusco. The photos don’t do it justice! The rooms are spacious and super clean, they have a heater and the bathrooms are large, modern with a great hot shower. The facilities are also well maintained and everything is in a spotless condition. The staff were super attentive as well! The location is great and walkable everywhere. Excellent value for money!

The hotel is perfectly located in Cusco. It is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and has absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay. The breakfast is amazing, but the best part is the team. Eric, David, and Doris are incredible staff members- so friendly and helpful. They truly make you start your day on a joyful note!

The hotel is stunning from the moment you walk in. Three well-manicured courtyards, flowers, plants, and very inviting. Staff was exceptional and friendly for every interaction. Breakfast was good with wide variety of fruits, breads, jams, eggs. Rooms were well kept, clean, and cleaned everyday. Our family of 4 stayed here with two rooms. Excellent price and service for a beautiful city.

The Good: The hotel is pretty and situated well in Cusco. The Bad: The hotel doesn't provide safe drinking water. You must buy all your own water from nearby shops. They told us we would have a free departure taxi, but at the last minute cost 20 soles. The beds are very hard.
