This hotel is located right in the heart of Cusco’s Old Town, within walking distance of almost everything you’ll want to see. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. One of the biggest perks was that breakfast starts as early as 4:00 a.m. They were also very accommodating and prepared a little something for us to eat and take with us for our 4:00 a.m. pickup for Rainbow Mountain. Overall, a wonderful location and great hospitality!

This is a very nice hotel with very helpful & friendly staff. We had a large twin room with excellent bathroom & shower ( better than any other hotel we stayed in in Peru). The evening meal in the restaurant was good and so was the breakfast.|Very close to everywhere in the old town of Cusco. Would very much recommend!

My wife and I went to stay here after our flight was canceled. Marco came and took care of us for our lunch. He did an amazing job. Was very attentive and extremely nice. He knew the menu very well and answered all our questions. He was able to tell us everything in Spanish and English. He served our food and poured our drinks. He did amazing. If you’re ever in Cusco, please come check him out. Food is amazing too! Thank you Marco for making our experience amazing after having a terrible day.

Very nice breakfast buffet, plenty of options to choose from. The rooms themselves are nothing out of the ordinary, but it is clean and has an elevator for the upper floors. It is a bit overpriced in my opinion, as there are comparable options nearby.

Great customer service from a majority of the staff, great location in Cusco. We did have a slight inconvenience regarding our telephone working. I explained to the front desk attendant when we arrived, however, she repeatedly told me the phone worked when it most certainly didn't. She also never sent anybody up to fix it. Not a huge deal, Andy in the restaurant was very accommodating taking our order in the restaurant and bringing it up to the room. Minor bump in the road, but an avoidable one if someone was just sent up. We arrived 6/27/26 for reference. Given the location and convenience, we'd still recommend people choose to stay here!
