My stay at Dragon King 1 Hotel was an average experience, neither fantastic nor disappointing. The hotel is in a convenient location with easy access to local attractions, which made exploring the area fairly simple. The staff were friendly and accommodating, though there were moments when they seemed a bit overwhelmed during peak hours. The room itself was functional and clean, but it could use a bit more attention to detail in terms of maintenance. Some of the furniture looked a little worn, and the bathroom amenities were basic but adequate. The Wi-Fi was stable, which was a plus, and I appreciated the air conditioning, especially given the warm weather. The breakfast offering was decent, but not exceptional, it was a simple selection, with some room for improvement in terms of variety and freshness.Overall, it wasn't the best hotel I've stayed at, but it certainly wasn’t the worst. For the price, it served its purpose as a place to rest after a day of exploring. It’s a fine choice if you’re looking for something affordable and functional, but don’t expect luxury.

Spend a couple of nights in a suite at fortune hotel. The suite was very clean, well maintained and huge with big comfy bed and rather extravagant large furniture . Breakfast was in the restaurant next door as the hotel is spread over two small old french style buildings . The restaurant manager was lovely lady who encouraged us to try many of the Vietnamese foods on offer ( there was also a continental Selection and of course omelettes) . The pork balls in broth with crusty bread to mop up the sauce were delicious. The front counter staff were friendly and helpful.

I’ve stayed at this hotel for two nights and it was one of the most disgusting hotels I’ve stayed at. The rooms are dirty, smelled bad and are full of bugs. The lobby was not that much cleaner either as there were messes that were still present after multiple days, despite cleaning staff passing by the area.

We spent 4 nights here and how can I say... You are woken up at 6 AM by people shouting in the hallways. I really mean shouting because they talk super loudly! Some are spitting in their rooms, I suppose, but it's disgusting; we can hear them from our room. I'm truly shocked by this lack of manners! We don't have a window in our room; we have a view of a wall! Great!!! And the breakfast is not at all suitable for everyone, regardless of culture; all we can eat are eggs and bread. This is the first disastrous hotel we've experienced in Vietnam, and I absolutely do not recommend it. You pay to sleep, not to be woken up at 6 AM by disrespectful people who talk very loudly and the sounds of people spitting. It's just unacceptable!

The service and location are good, but the hotel is in a serious state of disrepair. The facilities are extremely outdated, and the condition inside the hotel is unacceptable. The toilet has an unbearable smell coming from the drain, making it difficult to breathe. Additionally, the lighting is unreliable—some fixtures have fallen, and others only work intermittently.

Never had bad experience in bad hotel like this one, with smell of mold in all three rooms that 6 of us staying. The smell from the bathroom sewer pipe is unbearable, plus all the other weird smell keep us having a headache. Glad we only staying one night. TV does not work... smell smell smell... can't type anymore. AVOID AT ALL COST. It's should be a NEGATIVE 3 stars instead of 3 stars. Don't know how much they paid to get the 3 stars rating?

The hotel can be better. Need to more clean, inside the bathroom hair hair and hanger below bath tub. Bath tub cannot hold the water inside but still can use. Room really big, provide good breakfast buffet. With the price and the room i get satisfied

Breakfast buffet had a variety of food and drinks to choose from but food usually runs out quite quickly. The refrigerator wasn't functioning and there wasn't any remote control for the tv. Rooms were not sound-proof and it's hard to have a good rest as it gets really noisy in the early morning at 6am.
