location is very nice. right in front of the night market. also have mcdonalds beside. no aircon only fan. rooms are clean no elevator but staffs help you with your luggage. cheap considering its location. staffs are friendly and accomodating. will recommend 100%

Right at the center of the city, great hotel to choose for first time visitors. Rooms are spacious. Service is great. No elevators though but we were given a room on the first floor which was accessible for us with no sweat.

Quite happy with the location here cos night market is here too. But there is no lift and we were staying at the 4th storey. Very inconvenient and the steps are in black coloured marble that makes walking down the steps dangerous.

We checked in a this hotel after we moved out from another hotel in Dalat, where we were paying the same rate for a double room that was not even half as good as the one at this hotel. The room was large and comfortable, the bathroom had a big walking shower and all the amenities you would expect. The staff at the reception desk was friendy and helpful. Our bed was rather hard, which we like so it was ok. Anyway, during our stay we noticed they were new mattresses along the hallway so they were probably replacing them. The buffet breakfast was not the best we ever had, but there was quite a selection of both Vietnamese food and continental breakfast and fruit.

Great location ., right in the middle of the night market but yet not noise at all. Clean and safe for all visitors from oversea. Parking if you have a car.. and of course walking distance to anywhere. I love the breakfast area as it was well stock and a lot of options. A must to have when you book the room.

My recent experience at the Nice Dream Hotel in Dalat, was underwhelming. Despite its promising name, the reality fell short of expectations. It is a budget hotel folks. The rooms were uncomfortably stuffy, and the beds felt like sleeping on concrete slabs. No elevator,but pretentious signs indicate it is for our benefit! The breakfast buffet, touted as a highlight, was a letdown. Stale bread and rotting fruit dominated the spread, leaving much to be desired in terms of freshness and variety. However, I must concede that the hotel's location was its saving grace. Situated in a convenient spot, it provided easy access to nearby attractions. Overall, while the Nice Dream Hotel may have its merits in terms of location, the subpar accommodations and lackluster breakfast left much to be desired.

The hotel's location is very central, which is both good and not so good. If you prefer quite place with view, this is not the one you should choose. Specially in the evening, there is too much noice from the street, because of the night market. Breakfast is not made for western guests, more for the local and much Vietnamese cuisine. Coffee is by the way very good, if you like strong and tasty coffee. Room is clean and mattress is quite hard, but OK. The room was made everyday and clean towels given very single day. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

Nice Dream Hotel is a very misleading name - their beds are just about the worst we have slept in in three months in SE Asia. The mattress has no padding - it feels like sleeping on a box spring. I asked for an extra blanket to give a bit of padding, but it didn't really help. As well, the hotel is right in the centre of town, with an all-day and night market, and non-stop traffic and beeping. It was impossible to keep our windows open for fresh air because of the noise. No nice dreams for us. The hotel appears to be run by the government tourism bureau - it has a cold corporate feel and the front desk staff are not initially welcoming and helpful. It took a couple of days to get smiles from them, but why do we have to work that hard? Breakfast is included, but the only item on offer is noodle soup. I did a Google translate to ask for eggs and toast, which the kitchen did provide for us, but there was no juice or fruit or any other food available. Our last morning there they had a buffet, probably because there were a number of guests there. The other three days the hotel felt empty. As we were checking out, the girl ran up to us to ask us for 5000 dong (about 25 cents) to replace a small bottle of water from the minibar. I gave her my bottle rather than argue, but that sort of nickel and diming (this was not alcohol or an expensive item) shows lack of training, customer service and good judgement. We walked out with a bad taste in our mouths. Our room had a nice bathroom, but the toiletries were obviously refilled, which feels a bit creepy. There was a kettle and two cups and saucers, but no tea or coffee, so I'm not sure what the point of that was. I've read the other reviews and these points (rock hard bed, cold staff, no in-room coffee) keep repeating themselves. The manager should take notice and try and change a few things because there are many hotels in Dalat to compete.
