Our stay at this hotel left us with the warmest memories! ❤️ From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The atmosphere is so cozy and homely that it feels like visiting close friends rather than staying at a hotel. A special thank you to the wonderful staff. Everyone is incredibly caring, attentive, and kind. They are always happy to help and do everything they can to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you so much for your hospitality, warmth, and genuine care. We will definitely come back and happily recommend this hotel to our friends! 💛

This is a wonderful small hotel nestled in a quiet spot right on the lake, with absolutely breathtaking views from the room. Though there are no shops or restaurants in the immediate vicinity, Grab delivery is available, and the hotel kitchen is happy to prepare meals on request. Perfect for travelers seeking tranquility and nature. The staff is exceptionally warm and helpful, and breakfast is prepared freshly based on your choice (soup or fried eggs). A serene and refreshing getaway!

We stayed at your hotel and came away with both many positive impressions and a few serious concerns that we would like to share. We hope our feedback will help make future guests' stays even more enjoyable. First, we would like to mention what we really liked. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. It was a pleasant place to relax. The large window and the beautiful view of the lake created a wonderful atmosphere. We also enjoyed the spacious balcony, where we could sit and appreciate the fresh, cool air. The location of the hotel is one of its greatest strengths. It is surrounded by a beautiful pine forest, perfect for peaceful walks. The area is quiet, relaxing, and filled with fresh air—an ideal place to escape from the noise of the city. We would also like to compliment the hotel's lunch menu. The meals were delicious, offering simple, traditional Vietnamese food at a very reasonable price. We would definitely recommend trying them. Unfortunately, there were also some serious drawbacks that mean we will not be returning to this hotel. The biggest issue is the lack of sound insulation. You can hear almost everything happening in the neighboring rooms, including conversations, laughter, and doors opening and closing. However, the most surprising source of noise was the balcony design. The balcony railings are made of hollow metal tubes. When a balcony door is blown by the wind and hits the railing, it creates a very loud metallic banging sound that vibrates throughout the building. On our first night, a balcony door in a nearby room—possibly even an empty one—kept slamming against the railing because of the wind. The noise woke our entire family over and over again, and we barely slept. We noticed that some guests were trying to solve this problem themselves by placing chairs against the doors or using soft objects to stop them from hitting the railings. This suggests that the problem has existed for quite some time and affects many guests. The following night was no better. Our neighbors were talking and laughing loudly until almost 2:00 a.m. Then, early in the morning, other guests started making a lot of noise. As a result, we never had a proper night's sleep during our stay. We believe a hotel like this should have quiet hours, and the management should make sure they are respected. People come here to enjoy nature, peace, and relaxation, not to listen to noise late at night or early in the morning. The problem with the balcony doors also seems easy to fix by installing rubber or plastic door stoppers, soft pads, or other simple dampers to prevent the loud impacts. It is especially disappointing because the hotel itself is genuinely lovely. The beautiful views, clean rooms, fresh air, and surrounding nature create the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday. Unfortunately, the inability to sleep comfortably overshadowed all of these positive aspects. Finally, we would like to say that the owner of the hotel was very kind and welcoming. She made a very positive impression on us. That is why we were surprised that such obvious issues have still not been addressed. We sincerely hope the management will take these comments into consideration. If the noise issues are resolved and quiet hours are properly enforced, this hotel could become a truly outstanding place to stay. Unfortunately, in its current condition, we cannot recommend it to guests who value a peaceful night's sleep, and we most likely will not return.

I stayed there for four nights, and I really enjoyed myself and relaxed throughout my trip. The location was beyond my expectations, just right in front of the beautiful lake. The staffs were very helpful, genuine and friendly as well. The room is super clean, stunning view and spacious. I would definitely come back again here.

Living in the lovely Siem Reap city 🇰🇭 i needed to escape from the 🥵 weather. So I decided to come to Dalat In order to discover the Indochina heritage city and the natural beauty around. Good choice. |This guesthouse is a great satisfaction, don’t expect luxury but clean and spacious rooms + good value for money.|It’s located right front of the Tuyen Lam lake and beside a lovely private garden.|In despite the road, it is perfectly quiet.|Unfortunately the swimming pool is not currently in service but apparently locals don’t like cold water as I do 😎|Easy to get Grab driver.|On request, it’s possible to rent a scooter.

A very peaceful place with breathtaking sunrise and sunset. The fresh air and pine trees are really soothing. The only downside is it takes around 10 minutes or more to reach the center. Great for working and relaxing with affordable rates. Plus, the two friendly dogs are a nice bonus.

Title: Disappointing Stay at Romeo and Juliet Guesthouse in Dalat I had high hopes for my stay at Romeo and Juliet Guesthouse in Dalat, but unfortunately, it was far from satisfactory. Here's a breakdown of my experience: 1. Poor Organization and Breakfast Chaos
Breakfast was supposed to start at 7:30 AM, but when we arrived, the food wasn’t ready, and guests were already lining up. The lady at the reception was also working in the kitchen with another staff member, which caused a lot of confusion. There wasn’t enough food available for everyone, and you had to grab your portion as soon as it was served—otherwise, you’d miss out. The breakfast setup was chaotic, and we had to wait for the receptionist to finish working in the kitchen just to check out. On top of that, the food didn’t even meet local standards and there were very limited choices. 2. Not Suitable for Foreign Tourists
: The guesthouse may be fine for local tourists, but I wouldn’t recommend it for foreigners. Children were making noise until late at night (around 9:30 PM), and there was no one at the reception to help address the issue. I had to deal with the situation myself, which was quite frustrating. Additionally, the property is far from the city center, making it inconvenient for those who want to be close to the main attractions. 3. Misleading Information Regarding Air Conditioning:
When booking through Agoda, it was listed that the rooms came with air conditioning, but when we arrived, we found there was none. It’s unclear whether this was an error by the booking platform or a misleading claim by the guesthouse management, but it was disappointing and uncomfortable, especially given the weather. 4. Uncomfortable Bed and Mattress
: The mattress was the worst I’ve ever experienced in Vietnam. It was incredibly uncomfortable, and the bed kept making loud creaking noises every time I moved, which made it difficult to get any sleep. It was definitely not the restful experience I was hoping for. 5. Clogged Toilet:
To make matters worse, the toilet commode was clogged. It was a very unpleasant experience, and we had to address this issue ourselves, as there was no one around to assist us at the time. 6. Positive Aspects
On the plus side, the view from the guesthouse was peaceful and beautiful, providing a nice, relaxing atmosphere. The best part of the stay, however, were the friendly dogs on the property, who were very welcoming and added a bit of charm to the experience. 7. Overall Experience
Unfortunately, I would not recommend this property to other foreign tourists. The lack of organization, misleading information, uncomfortable bed, clogged toilet, and noise from other guests made my stay unpleasant. If you're looking for a peaceful, organized, and comfortable place to stay in Dalat, I suggest looking elsewhere.
