Back here for the second time and still loving it. We got the deluxe double room with floor to ceiling windows for only $16/night. The room is simple but very clean and has all the basic amenities (comfortable bed, hot standing shower, fan, small fridge, free water). The hotel is located in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood that is close to the city center. They also have different room types to accommodate couples to big groups. Most importantly, the reception guy is the kindest and friendliest guy. He is the whole reason why we will always return to this hotel. He always says hi when we see him at the lobby, opens the door for us, carries all our luggages, checks the room to make sure it's clean. The level of attention he provides is impeccable and I can't recommend the service enough.

The staff were extremely kind and accommodating. We arrived at 7 a.m. before check-in, and they allowed us to use the staff restroom to freshen up — such a thoughtful gesture! The room was clean, well-maintained, and provided all necessary amenities. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay.

My originally room toilet is not functioning properly so they decided to transfer me to another hotel which is more bigger and nice view. But the biggest issue is the new hotel got mold everywhere at the wall either in the bathroom ir the bedroom. Plus u can smell cigarette smoke from other room too which is very not good . The staff is really good tho,he can speak English very well and willing to let me use his motorcycle for free and help me contact with the laundry service. Such a nice guy.

Why are they 2 stars hotel? Facilities and interior are 5 stars, the service provided is also 5stars. We forgot to ask his name but I must recommend the staff in my uploaded picture is professional! He helped us carry our heavy ass luggage from basement to the lobby and later to our room. He was also friendly to approach, assisting us to communicate with our bus services providers, including calling a ride for us when we couldn’t find a grab ride. I must say both my queen and I enjoyed our time in Da Lat staying here. Highly recommend.

Great for a basic stay ❤️ I got transferred to this hotel since my booked hotel got some problem with the room and i really appreciated it. The room was with basic amenities, of course, for an affordable price, you can not ask it anything else. But overall, clean and spacey with 3 beds, TV with youtube and internet (like it). The hotel is located in almost the center of the city, and it is easy to reach well-known places. I was happy with the staff and their service, they were so nice and helpful to us, i got really taken care of. I even got discounted because of the hotel change. Service: 💯 Thank you so much! 5-star well deserved 💖💖💖

Nice hotel for a good price. Not far from the city centre, walking distance to restaurants, coffee houses, shops and market. There is no AC in the room, for us it felt really cold because of the high humidity. Also the elevator was quite noisy even in the room. The bed was broken, but so comfortable. For 2 nights this room is ok for this price.
