Google· 2 weeks agoA Truly Phenomenal Stay!! Everything about our stay was fantastic—actually, it exceeded our expectations. I would especially like to highlight the staff and hospitality. Every team member was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. The location is excellent, situated directly across from My Khe Beach. The infinity pool, with its stunning sea view, was another highlight and made for a wonderful experience. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the food at the restaurant was excellent as well. Overall, if I visit Da Nang again, Hotel Chicland will definitely be my first and only choice. Highly recommended!

The location right on the beach is fantastic, the rooms are super comfortable, and the rooftop bar and infinity pool are simply amazing. Breakfast is excellent, with a great selection of food. Special thanks to Nhu, the lovely hostess, and all the wonderful staff in the Level 3 restaurant, who make every morning such a pleasure. A special mention must go to My at reception, who is absolutely perfect at her job! She is so helpful, professional and attentive, always anticipating your needs and asking the next question you didn't even realise needed to be asked. Her attention to detail is exceptional and a real credit to the hotel. I was travelling with my 83-year-old mother, and the entire team made our experience perfect. From the guys at the curb helping with our luggage to the reception team, restaurant staff and everyone in between, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and looked after beautifully. The facilities are fantastic, but it's the incredible staff who make this hotel truly special. This wasn't our first stay, and it certainly won't be our last. Thank you all for making our visit so memorable. We're already looking forward to coming back! Highly recommended!

Google· a month agoSpent 5 days and 4 nights at Chicland Hotel Da Nang and they certainly deserve all the stars given to them. The outer facade of the building stands out from the surrounding buildings making them hard to miss. The staff were always so welcoming and greets you with a warm smile everytime you see them no matter the time of the day. Rooms were excellent, well thoughtout and extremely comfortable. Do take time to read about their eco-chic concept and you will understand the materials and the thought behind the building of this hotel and your stay might just be much better! Some reviews may have issues about being able to see the hotel next door but i had no issues with it at all. i was given a room on the higher floors and i had no issues with noise from the surrounding area nor the roof top bar. i must say the sound isolation is pretty impressive. Location is a given winner. just opposite the beach, a 5 mins walk across the road will give you one of the best views Da Nang has to offer. Food selection from the daily breakfast buffet is pretty impressive as well along with rotations for some of the dishes daily. TLDR i really enjoyed my stay there. Thank you staff Trang and team for making it so comfortable and memorable!

Google· 4 months agoAmazing hotel! If there were a 4.5-star rating, Chicland Hotel Da Nang would certainly deserve it. We were a family of six visiting Da Nang on vacation, and my father uses a wheelchair. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to assist us. The team stationed outside the hotel was especially helpful with loading and unloading the wheelchair, and even accompanied my father down the stairs with an umbrella on a sunny day. Their attentiveness and care made a real difference to our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which offered an excellent variety of quality dishes. The rooftop dining area and pool also provided breathtaking views of the beach and horizon, making every morning a memorable experience. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with lush biophilic elements incorporated throughout the property. The greenery and natural aesthetic reminded me of the Parkroyal Collection Pickering in Singapore, creating a relaxing and refreshing atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable, thoughtfully designed, and highly functional. We especially appreciated the portable A-frame rack provided in the room, which was perfect for hanging clothes, towels, and swimwear after a day at the beach. It's these small but practical touches that show how much thought has gone into the guest experience. Overall, Chicland Hotel Da Nang offers a unique blend of excellent service, thoughtful design, comfort, and stunning views. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Da Nang.

The staff at Chicland Hotel were incredibly warm and helpful, providing us with so much assistance throughout our stay. It was wonderful to create such beautiful memories here. Google· 2 months agoWe had an amazing stay at Chicland Hotel and honestly couldn’t be happier with our experience. The hotel itself is great — the location is very convenient, the facilities are nice, and everything was comfortable. But what really made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was so friendly, patient, and helpful. They would always help us with our luggage, open the car doors for us, arrange transportation, recommend local food, and even help us plan our itinerary for the day. A huge thank you to Tra My in particular. On our way to Ba Na Hills, we accidentally lost a camera, and she kept helping us contact the staff and follow up on it. Since we were leaving Da Nang on the third day, we were really worried about time, but she did everything she could to help. She even arranged for our camera to be sent back into the city late at night and made sure it got back to us at the hotel. She was genuinely so kind and went out of her way to help us, which we really appreciated. It’s rare to receive this level of care and hospitality, and it made our whole trip even better. If we come back to Da Nang, we would definitely stay at Chicland again. Highly recommend!

Google· 7 months agoAmazing stay at this Hotel. Stayed here for 4 nights and was blown away. Great location right next to the beach, really easy to get around Da Nang from here. Breakfast was really good, and the pool/ view from rooftop was exceptional. Rooms really clean and luxurious. Customer service was the best i’ve ever experienced in a Hotel. Trang from customer service was the nicest and most helpful woman i’ve met. Definitely stay at this Hotel 👌🏻

Google· 2 months agoThe hotel is lovely and the rooftop view is beautiful. A few things I’d like to suggest, though: 1. Only two very small bottles of water are provided in the room, and asking for more caused a fuss. That doesn’t feel in line with a high-end hotel, where water is usually complimentary. It’s also not very sustainable — small bottles save little cost but create a big environmental burden. Water refill stations would be a much better solution. In Da Nang’s heat, this felt inconsiderate and noticeably lowered my impression of the hotel. 2. The hallways and lifts are stuffy, with very limited air conditioning. 3. When I asked for a food recommendation, the front desk suggested a restaurant offering free pick-up from the city. Its Google rating is only 3.6, and prices are high by Da Nang standards. When I asked about the rating, I was told it’s a local spot without many reviews — but it averages around 1 million VND per person and has roughly 4,000 reviews, which is hardly a small local establishment. It left me with the impression that this may be a referral arrangement steering guests toward a touristy restaurant. Whether or not that’s the case, it undermined my trust in the recommendations.
