We had an absolutely amazing stay at Mikazuki, The staff were incredible, so friendly, kind, and accommodating. They even tailored seafood and salmon options specifically for our tea ceremony, and went out of their way to do something extra special for our anniversary! The matcha class and yoga sessions were great, but the water parks were the absolute highlight! So much water everywhere, with fast, thrilling, yet completely family-friendly slides and rides. Our son also had so much fun playing in the kids' play area and loved the balloon animals, lion/dragon dances, and the ninja fire show! The attention to detail in the Japanese theme, decorations, and live shows is incredible, having ninjas around made it so much fun. The Fuji Mountain view and private wave pools felt like pure luxury. We also loved the authentic Japanese Onsen experience; they preserve traditional culture and rules so well. The resort makes everything effortless: the all-in-one wristbands for room entry and water park access were super convenient. Buggy rides, private beach access, boat rides, and kayaking made us feel truly pampered. Food-wise, the buffet was great, and on-site dining caters to all budgets. Plus, the rooms were huge! Highly recommended for families, you definitely won't regret booking here

Had a good stay at this hotel overall. The room was spacious and cleaned very well every day, which made the stay comfortable and pleasant. The staff were also very nice, polite, and always helpful whenever needed.One of the highlights of the hotel was definitely the swimming facilities. Having access to two free pools was great, and both were well-maintained and enjoyable to use.The hotel also has a beach club with a couple nice restaurants. The atmosphere there was enjoyable, especially for relaxing by the beach while having good food and drinks. It was a great addition to the overall stay experience.The only downside was the breakfast. While it was acceptable, the menu became quite repetitive and boring after a few days. There could definitely be more variety and improvements in the breakfast selection.Aside from that, it was still a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Had a wonderful weekend stay at Mikazuki! The room was great, with a stunning ocean view. The balcony even came with a lounge chair and a private pool overlooking the sea, perfect for relaxing. Staff were polite and attentive throughout our stay. Special shoutout to Nga, who served us during meals with such a warm and cheerful attitude. The food itself was delicious too. We also loved that there were plenty of indoor games/activities available, which came in handy when the weather turned rainy. Overall a fantastic experience, highly recommend!

A great hotel and resort for families Buffet breakfast had an abundance variety. Rooms were very neat, clean and new with great view of the ocean. Kids will love the outdoor free pool, pirate ship waterpark and onsen The indoor waterpark is lots of fun especially for kids aged 10 and above to enjoy all the rides. Japanese indoor Onsen is very nice and beautiful. Infinity pool on top floor has full view of entire peninsula of da nang with background misty mountain view (picture perfect). Because it is a Japanese owned hotel, you can expect there will be no cutting corners or cheap amenities. Staff are fully trained to be very helpful, respectful and courteous at all times and facility is spotless clean. Some downfalls for those travelling to da nang first time is that it is away from the main city centre (25mins) and not many restaurants outside the hotel in the area (more of a secluded resort for relaxation) but closer to ba na hills and closer to ancient imperial city of hue if thinking of travelling there compared to staying at the main city centre. Restaurants in the hotels are exclusive Japanese only and can be a bit pricier than eating outside. While it is a bit more expensive than other hotels, you get what you pay for, and I would not hesitate to come back with the family (good for 2-4 day stay). Overall it is a very impressive hotel.

This is a massive draw for families traveling with children and was the primary reason we chose to stay here for four nights. 2. Tranquil Yet Accessible Location: Situated away from the bustling city center and My Khe Beach, the hotel offers a peaceful and serene environment. Despite the secluded feel, downtown Da Nang is only a 20-minute drive away, making it quite accessible. 3. Warm and Attentive Front Desk Staff: The reception team was incredibly welcoming, always listening attentively and doing their utmost to assist with our requests. 4. Well-Maintained Japanese Hospitality: The lobby and overall facilities are excellently maintained, delivering the comfort and clean aesthetic one would expect from a Japanese-managed property. ⚠️ Areas for Improvement 1. Housekeeping Quality: While we appreciate the hard work of the housekeeping staff, we frequently returned to our room to find hair left on the floor and uncleaned bathroom countertops with water stains. For a 5-star establishment, the attention to cleanliness details fell short of expectations. 2. Dining Value for Money: Although the restaurants offer a wide variety of options, the culinary quality was merely average to above-average. Title: Perfect 5-Star Experience! Highly recommended for families. We are a Japanese family of three and stayed for 3 nights and 4 days in a room with an open-air bath. All the facilities were absolutely flawless—it truly lives up to its 5-star rating! The hospitality was excellent with no issues at all. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, and everything was delicious. Our room was perfectly clean, and we really appreciated the complimentary beer and cola provided in the room. Getting to the beach was also a breeze thanks to the resort's dedicated shuttle service. We were able to spend an entire day having fun at the attached water park. We were also very pleasantly surprised by the authentic open-air bath (onsen) where you bathe naked, exactly like in Japan! It made us feel right at home. We highly recommend this resort for a wonderful family vacation.

TEPPAN KAEN RESTAURANT We had a fantastic experience at Teppan Kaen Mikazuki! The food was delicious, and the chef was incredibly skilled, knowledgeable, and funny. The staff were attentive, friendly, and made our family feel very welcome. We also appreciated how the chef explained each dish and answered all our questions while putting on an entertaining teppanyaki performance. Our kids were absolutely amazed by the show and loved every minute of it. The combination of amazing food, outstanding service, and a fun, interactive dining experience made it a truly special evening. We left very impressed! Highly recommended!

Japan in Da Nang: no passport stamp required! 🌸 Walking into Mikazuki feels like you've been teleported straight to Japan. The property is absolutely stunning, and every corner is a photo opportunity. The staff were just wonderful. Warm, genuinely helpful, and always ready with great tips on what to see and do around Da Nang. It's also a dream for families. Between the in-house water park, TWO lazy rivers, an infinity pool and the game rooms, the kids (and let's be honest, the grown-ups too) never ran out of things to do. You could easily spend your whole holiday without leaving the resort. Breakfast was another win, with loads to choose from, so everyone found something they loved. Five days was nowhere near enough. We'll definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
