I had a wonderful stay at Furama Resort Danang. The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and the service was excellent. I especially want to thank Van Anh from the Front Office team for her warm and professional service. She was very friendly, helpful, and always had a smile on her face. She made us feel very welcome and took great care of us during our stay. Thank you, Van Anh, and the whole Furama team for making our stay so memorable. I would definitely love to come back again!

Stayed with my family. Really relaxing stay at a lovely resort. The staff were very attentive and were always available to help. Multiple pools is a great touch and access to the beach. However, there always seemed to be a shortage of sun beds. Would have been great if there were more available by the pools.

The pools were awesome. They have 2 swimming pools and one lagoon pool that was the main highlight. the resort is quite, peaceful, full of nature and they even have peacocks. They have private beach area which is really clean and have shades hammocks and many more. The breakfast buffet was great. The gym area was awesome.

Our company hosted a small client seminar at this hotel (~20pax). We were extremely happy with our choice of venue. The resort itself is expansive and beautifully landscaped. The rooms are large and well appointed, with many having a balcony overlooking the beach or lagoon. For our event the resort did a fantastic job with F&B, including morning afternoon tea breaks, lunch menus and dinner at The Fan steakhouse. We held a welcome reception at Taya House which was a lovely and private setting. Our function room for the seminar looked great, was in a quiet spot, and a good size with a high ceiling. The beachfront location right on the edge of the city is ideal - people could walk to lots of places nearby in their free time without feeling 'trapped' in a remote spot. Big thanks to Oanh who did a great job with planning all the little details and ensured our event proceeded flawlessly. We were happy with Da Nang as a well-connected location in SE Asia, and very pleased with our choice of the Furama Resort to host our event. I can't think of anything negative to say, except that the rooms are maybe a little pricey compared to some others, but then again, you get what you pay for.

We had a memorable experience at Furama Da Nang. The service was outstanding, and the hotel is great. Very spacious, the pools are very nice and the beach front the best in the area. They had kids club, and my kids loved it. We had a massage and it was terrific! The rooms are very spacious and clean. We stayed with my 2 children and we fit in with no problem. With my wife we had a cocktail night in the hotel bar and the cocktails were really good. Food had several options and decent. The location was great, we were very close to My Khe beach, the city centre and the marble mountains. Nothing really walking distance other than My Khe beach but everything was close to a short commute.

I had a wonderful experience at Furama Resort Danang. The resort has a beautiful and peaceful atmosphere, with excellent facilities, a great location, and very attentive service. What impressed me the most was the Guest Relations team. They were extremely friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. The team was always willing to assist with a warm smile and made me feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. Their attention to detail and proactive service really made a difference to my overall experience. I would especially like to thank the Guest Relations team for their hospitality and professionalism. They truly represent the high service standards of Furama Resort Danang. Overall, it was a memorable stay, and I would definitely recommend Furama Resort Danang to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience in Da Nang. I look forward to coming back again!

We loved it. One of the best resorts we ever stayed in. Staff is great (although not every waiter speaks English). The gardens are beautiful. We stayed at an ocean front suite which was great! Only wished the bathroom had a bathtub as well (I expected that because we booked a suite). But still 5⭐️!

Inconsistencies and really not up to standard for this price. Good points: Spacious, clean rooms. Shared balcony with family. Beautiful gardens, landscaping and lagoon pool. Good food. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Poolside food was also good. Porters/concierge very helpful and friendly. Direct access on to beach. Bad points: Smoking allowed almost everywhere. Persistently bothered by second hand smoke. Main poolside bar/restaurant service was shambolic. Got our food but had to ask twice to collect plates etc. Nobody seemed to want to take responsibility. For a big resort, the signposting is poor. Took a few days to navigate to/from hotel room successfully and lagoon pool. Noise from events in evening until 10pm ish. More shade around main pool needed.
