Avoid at all costs — false advertising, rat noises, and zero sleep Rating: ⭐️ (1/5) Stay Duration: 2 nights out of 4 (checked out early) The Good: The location is convenient—close to My Khe Beach and surrounded by plenty of restaurants. The Bad: - Misleading Photos & Views: Pictures are heavily photo-manipulated. The place feels like a rundown motel with an unwelcoming lobby, a filthy elevator, and cheap interiors. Plus, the "sea view" is completely blocked by a tall building right next door, leaving you with just a city view. - Pest & Cleanliness Issues: We found ants and wall stains. While the bed looked clean, my wife ended up covered in itchy insect bites. - Unbearable Noise: Rats ran around and chewed on the ceiling all night, completely ruining our sleep (see attached video for the actual noise proof). - Inhospitable Service: Staff made us sign a strict no-refund policy at check-in, so we abandoned our last 2 nights and booked elsewhere without the hassle. The Bottom Line: Do yourself a favor and skip this place. Frustrated that Agoda recommended this—save your money and stay somewhere else in Da Nang.

Haya hotel is a nice little stay in the heart of Da Nang. While the facilities have been around for some time the service form everyone on the team is excellent. They are incredibly friendly and accommodating (even when I showed up without paper cash, the girl at the desk helped me find a place to exchange money!). The location is excellent and they have a cafe and a little cantina downstairs. Overall this is a great affordable place to stay close to the beach!

BEWARE!! Complete false advertisement and nothing like the photos. Construction in front of the hotel, in the hotel, and on the first floor. Despite this, our group was still willing to stay here but upon entering the rooms we were confronted with a tiny rooms and a strong sewage/ mold smell. Their solution was to leave the windows open which of course brought in the mosquitos. Would highly recommend you stay away.

We booked several nights for this hotel and when we arrived we were greeted with a construction zone. We were not made aware of the construction actively happening at the hotel and the surrounding buildings. It was extremely noisy. The rooms were also full of mold and dust from the construction. When we spoke with the staff, they refused to give us a refund despite not having checked into the room. There was no transparency at all. Would not recommend.

Absolutely disgusting hotel from the moment we stepped into the lobby and into those bedrooms. Unless you're okay sleeping with the smell of mold, mildew and sewage with the mosquitos I would advise you stay away. If that wasn't uncomfortable enough, there's extremely noisy construction across the street and in their lobby.

This hotel is in a great location, very close to everything. All of the staff were very kind and helpful. Walking distance to many restaurants, cafes, and the beach. The room itself wasn’t perfect. Our bathroom window did not fully close so it allowed some small bugs in. Our toilet leaked, so the bathroom floor was always wet. Surrounding area is pretty loud, bars and construction constantly.

I would give this place a 0 if I could, staff were terrible didn’t care that our room was bug infested including bed bugs. We’re told we’re not allowed a refund. Also there is no pool as advertised, their photos are very misleading. There is nothing good about this place I would stay away.
