From the moment I arrived, I was surrounded by breathtaking scenery, world-class luxury, and an atmosphere of complete tranquility. The location is simply spectacular, nestled between lush mountains and the crystal-clear sea. Every detail exceeded my expectations. The service was truly outstanding, and the staff were incredibly professional, warm, and genuinely helpful. Their smiles, kindness, and attention to every detail made me feel welcomed throughout my stay. I would also like to express my sincere appreciation to the resort management and the team for their exceptional care when I wasn’t feeling well. Thank you for arranging a nurse to assist me and for continuously checking on my condition. Your compassion, professionalism, and genuine concern meant so much to me and my family. It was a true reflection of outstanding hospitality. This resort is more than just a place to stay—it’s a destination where elegance, comfort, and genuine care come together perfectly. ⭐ Outstanding location ⭐ Fabulous luxury ⭐ Amazing experience ⭐ A true place to relax and recharge ⭐ Exceptional service ⭐ Friendly, caring, and attentive staff ⭐ Hospitality that goes far beyond expectations Without a doubt, this is one of the finest resorts I have ever visited. Tripadvisor· a month agoA life time experience, this is one of the resorts that you should visit during your life time. 3rd time being in this premise, and was very impressed to see it was above "mainaining". Things were even managed better Only draw back is that foods are pricy and quality doesnt justify the price but generally hotel experience was more than impressive. All staffs are so professionally trained and you can feel this everywhere in the resort. The Mr. Thang Ngyuen from citron dinner really made our day, from breakfast Mr. Khoa was so kind and attentive. Also another lady with glass, which I forgot her name(short middle height) was so friendly too. Mr. Hunter was also attentive Mr. Hui bui who drove us with buggy was super kind and caring also Mr. Minh from bell team left good impression too. And Mr Patrick who guided us the Summit, was a very memorable special experience too! wanna appreciate him so much. Mr. Vu trang who helped us with checking in remembered from 2019 and was very touching. Also during Aug 27th, around 3pm while I had to wait in long bar to get seated, I think I kinda misunderstood some other couple took our seat(which it wasn't) but the woman staff there was so kind explaining me the situation and also gave ice cream. And I forgot her name. She was very kind and professional With IC danang you get really impressed seeing how all staffs are soooo well trained 정말 최고의 호텔입니다, 전세계 인터컨티넨탈 탑 3중 하나라고 하는데 자연에 아름답게 지어진 콜로니알 양식의 건물 디테일은 너무 놀랍고 그 규모도 진짜 방대해요.. 관리를 잘하는 수준을 넘어 오히려 전보다 발전하고 있고 직원들도 굉장히 친절합니다

IHG· a month agoI brought my family here to celebrate my mom’s birthday and our wedding anniversary, and overall, we had a pleasant stay. The resort and atmosphere are absolutely gorgeous, and my mom was especially happy with the room and facilities. It’s clear that the property is carefully maintained, and I could see the effort the team puts into keeping everything beautiful. That said, having stayed at several IHG properties around the world, including other properties in Da Nang, I was hoping for a warmer and more attentive level of hospitality and communication from the team, especially given the InterContinental’s higher tier. We mentioned both celebrations when making our reservation, but unfortunately, I didn’t feel as much acknowledgment or personal attention as I had received at other IHG properties in the same area. I understand that every property has its own approach, but these small gestures can make a meaningful difference when guests are celebrating special occasions. One example was my request for a late checkout based on my loyalty status. When we arrived, I was told the team would let me know if it could be accommodated. I completely understand that late checkout depends on availability and may only be confirmed closer to the departure date. However, I never received a follow-up and had to check with the front desk at least three times. Even a quick update letting me know that it was still pending would have saved me from repeatedly checking and would have helped me plan our day better. There was also a communication issue with our breakfast experience at Citron. Because the waitlist for the Non La area was long, I asked about making a reservation and was told the team would follow up. I waited at the table but didn’t receive an update, so I eventually went to the concierge to check. When I followed up again, I was told that other guests had already taken the available spots. I was disappointed because I had raised the request earlier and expected the team to keep track of it. I explained my concern, and the staff did take the time to look into the situation and were ultimately able to resolve it, which I appreciated. I also want to recognize that I had a wonderful individual service experience with one of the restaurant servers, and I appreciate that the management team responded quickly when I raised my concerns. That responsiveness was appreciated. Overall, I enjoyed the resort and the facilities, and my family had a good time. My main feedback is around communication, attentiveness, and follow-through. At times, the service felt rushed, and I didn’t always feel that my requests were being actively followed up on. I hope the team can use this feedback to create a more consistent and personalized guest experience, particularly for guests celebrating meaningful occasions. I hope these observations are helpful in strengthening the overall guest experience and maintaining the high level of hospitality associated with the InterContinental brand.

Google· 3 months agoA lovely property with a lovely vibe. For anyone considering booking, the Club Lounge is absolutely worth the additional cost and I would highly recommend it. It made our stay significantly more enjoyable and was a genuine highlight. The experience, service and offering were excellent — honestly, don’t change a thing with the club lounge. There are, however, a few areas that could be improved. Firstly, the buffet breakfast in Citron was one of the most disappointing I have experienced at a hotel of this calibre. Both the range and quality need a complete rethink, as it did not reflect the standard expected from an InterContinental property. Secondly, while I fully appreciate that Vietnamese is the primary language, stronger English capability among most of the employees would improve the guest experience, particularly for an international hotel welcoming visitors from around the world. Another disappointment was that hotel guests are not able to use the spa facilities, including the steam room, sauna and jacuzzi. Many comparable hotels across Europe/Asia allow guests access to these facilities as part of their stay, so this felt like a notable omission for a property of this standard. My biggest criticism, however, is the additional charge for children (6 years old). Charging USD $200 per night for a child — USD $100 for breakfast and another USD $100 for a rollaway bed — is, frankly, extortionate. This appears to be a broader InterContinental policy rather than an issue specific to this hotel, but it needs to change. The only other point to consider is the location, which is not a criticism of the hotel itself. If your priority is being close to the city centre, this may not be the most convenient option, as the drive can take around 45–60 minutes each way depending on traffic. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay, with the Club Lounge being the standout feature.

Throughout my visit, they were incredibly attentive, thoughtful and genuinely caring. They made sure I was comfortable and well taken care of, and their warm approach made the entire afternoon feel even more memorable. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality truly stood out. Hunter went above and beyond to make us feel special, even taking the time to help us capture the perfect Instagram photos and videos, making sure we got all the best angles! 📸✨ Both Hunter and Rachel were incredibly sweet, warm, attentive, and genuinely wonderful. Their kindness and thoughtful service made our experience even more memorable. They are truly gems on the team, and we are so grateful for the hospitality they showed us. Google· a month agoAbsolutely exceptional from beginning to end a truly memorable stay that beautifully captures the essence of refined luxury. As a Club Member, the experience felt even more special. Despite a few very minor points that could perhaps be refined, they were insignificant compared with the overall experience. What truly stood out was the resort’s remarkable respect for and commitment to preserving its natural surroundings. The wonderfully fragrant sea air, the pristine landscape, and the thoughtful integration of nature into every aspect of the experience created a sense of tranquility that felt both rare and authentic. One of the most magical moments was encountering the red-shanked douc langurs, the iconic and incredibly beautiful inhabitants of Son Tra Peninsula. Being able to see these extraordinary creatures in their natural habitat was an unforgettable privilege and perhaps one of the most meaningful memories of our stay. What truly elevated the experience, however, was the people. The staff were consistently attentive, polished, warm, and genuinely welcoming throughout our entire stay. Their hospitality felt remarkably personal, with an intuitive attention to detail that made us feel genuinely cared for rather than simply well served. We even happened to leave one of our belongings behind. What followed was a wonderful example of genuine hospitality, the team went above and beyond to assist us and arranged to have the item personally delivered back to us. That was more than service it was thoughtfulness, sincerity, and genuine dedication. A truly refined sanctuary for anyone seeking tranquility, understated elegance, exceptional hospitality, and an authentic connection with nature. We left with beautiful memories and a deep appreciation for the experience, and would gladly and very happily return.

Google· 3 months agoWe had such a great stay at the InterContinental Da Nang. The biggest thing that stood out to us was how genuinely kind and friendly everyone was. Every staff member we interacted with was welcoming, always smiling, and happy to help with anything we needed. One of my favorite moments was when we were relaxing by the pool and an awesome staff member, Bao Nguyen (Tae) brought us complimentary mocktails. It was such an unexpected and thoughtful gesture that made us feel really taken care of. The resort is absolutely beautiful, the rooms were spotless, and the views are incredible. It never felt crowded, and it was the perfect place to relax for a few days. The service was honestly what made the trip so memorable everyone went above and beyond without making it feel forced. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Da Nang. Thank you to the whole team for making our vacation so special!
