We had an absolutely wonderful experience during our stay at Meliá Danang. The resort itself is stunning, well-maintained, and offers everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with peaceful views and fantastic amenities that made our trip truly memorable. What made our stay truly exceptional, however, was the incredible hospitality. We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to Hai and Tracy. They both went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of, always welcoming us with warm smiles and unmatched professionalism. Their kindness, attentiveness, and prompt assistance made us feel genuinely valued throughout our visit. Thank you to Hai, Tracy, and the entire team for your outstanding service. We cannot recommend this place enough and look forward to returning on our next trip to Da Nang!

The hotel is modern and beautiful, the rooms were spacious and clean. Right on the beach with various choices for poolside bathing it was exactly what I was looking for. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and so varied. My only wish was that the food in the other restaurants matched the breakfast buffets quality and variety. All in all the stay was good though.

I would give 4.5 stars. Hotel is very nice, plenty of pools, very green, generally smiley people. A very nice surprise for level villas was the afternoon tea- plenty of snacks and drinks to replace lunch. Very nice touch with free sunscreen bottles (level villas). Very good breakfast. Again, for level villas there are some extra options, but there are plenty options even for general booking. Very good coffee. Ocean was really warm and enjoyable, only found some sea lice the first day. Free water bottles for drinking and teeth brushing. For level villas- area with biscuits, drinks, nuts, available at all hours. 15 min by taxi to Da Nang. Grab very easy and accessible. The only downside was complete lack of any entertaining at the hotel. Also the general level of English, at least in this area, is very poor (hotel, restaurants and everywhere). One more: we dinned at the restsurant hotel on the first night (Sasa)- very few choices and expensive. We found La restaurant just 5 minutes walking- very nice atmosphere, good food and very cheap. Overall, it was a good stay but don't expect European 5*. PS: forgot to mention- unexpected good quality shampoo/conditioner/body lotion.

We really enjoyed our stay at the resort. The breakfast was amazing!! So much choice and always delicious. The staff were lovely and helpful and the amenities were great. I did morning yoga with Tung which was really good! It was challenging but he offered lots of assistance and water breaks.. It’s outside so was very hot!

We had a pleasant stay overall, especially thanks to the excellent food and restaurant service. The food was delicious, and the restaurant staff, Ly and her colleagues were friendly, attentive, and professional. We really enjoyed our breakfast and afternoon tea experience. The infinity pool was another highlight of our stay. It has a beautiful ocean view and is a great place to relax and enjoy the scenery. However, the room could be improved. When we first checked in (the Level Villa V251A), there was a noticeable unpleasant smell in the room, which affected our first impression and overall comfort, I guess it’s because of the high humidity due to heavy rain few days earlier. Hopefully, the resort can pay more attention to room ventilation, cleanliness, and freshness before guests arrive. Overall, the restaurant experience was a highlight of our stay, but the room condition needs some improvement.

We had a great stay at this hotel and would definitely come back. The rooms were modern, spotless, and very comfortable, and the bed was huge! Check-in was seamless, with a staff member taking the time to explain all of the hotel amenities before personally escorting us to our room, which was a lovely touch. We were also greeted with a thoughtful surprise in our room, which was such a lovely gesture and made our stay feel even more special. The pool and private beach area were fantastic and perfect for relaxing. The buffet breakfast had an amazing selection with plenty of options to choose from, and while the gym was clean and tidy, it wasn’t anything particularly special. The only thing to note is that the staff speak very basic English, so communication can sometimes be a little challenging. The hotel is also a little further from the main area, but it’s only a 5–10 minute Grab ride, making it easy to get around. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

I'm really disappointed about the event of Bia Hanoi taking place this Friday. I stayed here last year and had such a wonderful experience, so I was excited to come back. Unfortunately, this year's event will block the beautiful view and fill the area with loud music, completely ruining the peaceful atmosphere that makes this place so special. If people are looking for a lively party with loud music, they can easily go into the city. Many guests choose to stay here precisely because it's quiet and relaxing. It's a shame to lose that sense of tranquility. Moreover, I was also disappointed to learn that Sasa Restaurant no longer offers an à la carte menu. Guests can now only choose between the buffet or room service, which is far less enjoyable and convenient.

An Unforgettable 3-Week Stay with Outstanding Swimming & Kids’ Services! Choosing Melia Danang Beach Resort for a three-week stay with my child turned out to be the absolute best decision of our trip. The highlight of our stay was definitely the private swimming lessons with Tung. I took three 1:1 sessions with him, and my freestyle posture improved dramatically—to be honest, he was even better and more attentive than the instructors I’ve had back in Korea! Another huge shoutout goes to Hang at the Kids’ Club, who took wonderful care of my child and kept them thoroughly entertained throughout our stay. The resort grounds are stunning, featuring beautiful sea views and several fantastic swimming pools to choose from. The daily breakfast spread was delicious with plenty of variety. While the rooms do show a bit of age, they are exceptionally well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. We had an incredible time and can't wait to return! Highly recommended for families.
