From the moment we arrived, the hospitality at the Monarque Hotel was second to none. The staff simply couldn't do enough for you—every single team member went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. ​All the staff we encountered were fantastic but a few individuals that stood out were ​Lisa, Gaga (Lady) and Flora on reception were all amazing—warm, welcoming, and incredibly efficient right from check-in. ​Celine and all the team provided wonderful, attentive service during afternoon tea, which was such a lovely and thoughtful touch. ​Vincent and Gary—the strongest men in Da Nang from the porter team, who handled everything effortlessly and made us feel right at home. ​The location was absolute perfection and easily the highlight of the stay, making exploring the area effortless. To top it all off, the breakfast spread every morning was amazing, so.much choice. ​I can't recommend the Monarque Hotel enough, and I will definitely be staying here again! ​Thamks again the ALL staff at the Monarque - Da Nang. 😁

I had a wonderful 6-night stay at Monarque Hotel Da Nang, and it was truly one of the most memorable hotel experiences I’ve had.What impressed me most was the impeccable hospitality from every staff member. They consistently checked in to make sure everything was comfortable and whether I needed any assistance. It wasn’t just the big things, but also the small thoughtful gestures that made me feel genuinely cared for - staff would shield guests from the sun with an umbrella when walking outside, warmly open the doors and welcome you back with smiles every time you returned, and even leave cookies and a good-night card in the room.The breakfast selection was excellent with plenty of variety, and the complimentary afternoon tea was a delightful bonus. Throughout my stay, I genuinely felt treated like royalty. To top it all off, the hotel even offered complimentary transportation to the airport upon checkout, which was a very thoughtful touch.If I could offer one small piece of constructive feedback, it would be regarding the Wi-Fi. The signal was occasionally weak and disconnected from time to time. However, this was a minor issue compared to the overall outstanding experience.Thank you to the entire Monarque Hotel team for making my stay so comfortable and memorable. I would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Da Nang.

What a fantastic hotel! Our stay at the Monarque Hotel in Da Nang was absolutely incredible from start to finish. Both the beautiful property and the wonderful staff were completely fabulous.The amenities here really make you feel pampered. The buffet breakfast is a must—the variety and quality of food are outstanding. We also absolutely loved spending time by the pool, which was a beautiful place to relax. On top of that, the complimentary afternoon tea and dinner (the delicious complimentary evening Pho!) were such thoughtful, high-quality touches that truly set this hotel apart from anywhere else.The real heart of Monarque, however, is its team. A huge shout-out to Linda and Celine for their exceptional service! They are such hard workers, and absolutely nothing was ever a problem for them.Thank you so much for your amazing attentiveness and for making our trip so special. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ One of the Best Hotel Experiences in Vietnam! Today, we arrived at the third hotel of our Vietnam trip — Monarque Hotel Da Nang, and honestly, this hotel surprised us in the best way. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Every staff member was incredibly friendly, polite, and welcoming. We immediately felt warm and well taken care of, which made our stay feel very comfortable from the beginning. The location is perfect, especially if you love the beach. The hotel is located directly opposite the beach, and it’s also right across from Esco Beach Bar. It’s very convenient for enjoying the beach, restaurants, cafés, and nightlife around the area. One thing we really didn’t expect was the tea time buffet. We thought it would just be a small complimentary snack, but the food was actually really good and had a great variety. It was a lovely surprise! The hotel also gave us two complimentary Pho dinner vouchers, which was such a nice touch and made our stay even more enjoyable. Our room was clean, neat, and well-maintained, and everything felt comfortable and well organized. ❤️ Overall After staying at three different hotels during our Vietnam trip, Monarque Hotel Da Nang is definitely one of our favorites. For us, this hotel offered the perfect combination of excellent service, great quality, a fantastic location, and a very reasonable price. We booked through Trip.com, and honestly, we feel like we got amazing value for our money. If you’re visiting Da Nang and looking for a hotel with warm hospitality, great service, a convenient beachside location, and excellent value, we would definitely recommend Monarque Hotel Da Nang. The rooms are comfy, house keeping always cleans the room in the morning. The customer service is exceptional, the staff always greets you. I love tjere breakfast buffet, traditional vietnamese cuisines. I always fill up my water bottle with ice and water to keep me hydrated throughout the day. Pro tip: find a laundromat close to the hotel and have it dropped off there.

Had a wonderful 4-night stay here on my first trip to Da Nang! The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The service was excellent, and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was one of my favorite parts — everything was delicious, and they had different dishes every day. They also offer afternoon tea, which was such a lovely bonus! The hotel is very close to the beach and convenient for getting around. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. Would happily stay here again!

This is hotel and it staff are phenomenal. From the moment we arrived we have been treated like royalty. The location is perfect opposite the beach and centrally located. There is a mini mart, almost next door if you need to stock up on essential. Our room was compact and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable with lush pillows. Breakfast was amazing, with such a variety. Peter is an absolute credit to the hotel, we looked forward to seeing his smile every morning. (Thank you for arranging the coffee machine Peter) the complementary afternoon tea (more like high-tea) was delicious, with a range of sweet and savoury delicacies. The roof top pool was a lovely place to cool off and relax after spending a few hours at the beach. The house keeping staff were efficient and made up our room everyday. Honestly, if you are hesitating about staying at this hotel, DONT BE! It truly was a beautiful experience to have stayed at Monarque Hotel, and yes,we will most definitely be coming back. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at Monarque Hotel Da Nang! ❤️ The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the location near the beach was very convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent throughout our stay.
