Perfect stay! Amazing. Really loved the hospitality offered from the staff right from the checkin to check out. Completely helped us for all our request. We were travelling with infants and they went out of their way to fulfill all our requests for their food. Special thanks to Ms NHI and MS VY for helping us with our check in and check out facilities. Location of this hotel is extremely convenient as it is right opposite to the beach with in house bike rentals.

The hotel markets itself as a luxury property, and I have to say, the rooms truly are absolutely stunning. We stayed in the Grand Suite Ocean View room, and it was beautiful enough that we even extended our stay by two extra nights.However, the service did not match the standard you would expect from a luxury hotel. When we arrived, we were not greeted at all. The receptionist simply said “yes?” without any welcome, which was quite surprising, especially since we greeted her first. A basic level of friendliness and professionalism would go a long way.Another issue was the temperature in the reception area and corridors. They were extremely hot, with no air conditioning. You should be prepared to be sweating while waiting to check in.There were also a few maintenance concerns. The bathroom drain tends to fill up before slowly draining during showers, and the water temperature never gets properly hot. We reported this, and although an engineer was sent, we were told that the temperature could not be adjusted.Despite these issues, the room itself really is the highlight. It is spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. If service and facilities matched the quality of the rooms, this would easily be a top-tier stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Muong Thanh Luxury Da Nang Hotel. The views from the 32nd floor were absolutely breathtaking and one of the highlights of my stay. All the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout. A special thank you to Pham Minh Son for his excellent hospitality. He was incredibly kind and attentive from check-in right through to check-out, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely return and would happily recommend this hotel to others.

This feedback is based on my personal experience, and I hope the hotel uses it to improve in the future. Pros: Location: The hotel is in a prime location right by the vibrant, bustling beach. Room & View: My room was quite spacious, offering a beautiful view of the ocean, the coastal road, and a portion of the city right from the window. Rooftop Bar: The bar on the 40th floor provides a breathtaking view of Da Nang. Breakfast: The breakfast buffet offers a good variety of dishes. Areas for Improvement: Lobby & Front Desk Management: The lobby area is poorly organized. Guests often crowd and push around to pick up or return room keys without proper guidance from staff, which disrupts the check-in and check-out process for others. Pool & Beach Hygiene Policy: The hotel should remind guests to dry off and bring towels before entering the lobby and elevators. Noise Control for Tour Groups: Because the hotel frequently hosts large tour groups and delegations, noise is inevitable. The hotel should assign these groups to separate areas to avoid disturbing other guests. Buffet Dining Dress Code: There should be strict guidelines for entering the breakfast restaurant. For a high-end establishment with international guests, it is unacceptable for someone to walk into the buffet shirtless and soaking wet from the beach. Enforcing Smoking Rules: The hotel needs stricter enforcement regarding smoking in non-designated areas. I witnessed a guest traveling with his wife and young child smoking right in front of the elevator; as soon as the doors opened, he hurriedly shoved his cigarette into a nearby decorative planter. I hope the management listens to this feedback and makes necessary improvements to truly live up to the "Luxury" name.

⭐ 1 Star — Extremely Disappointing Stay I honestly regret spending my money on this hotel. The air conditioning was extremely old and took an incredibly long time to cool the room. Even after waiting, the room still did not become properly cool. The most frustrating part was that, despite the problem being obvious, the hotel did not seem genuinely interested in solving it. There was no effective solution and no real effort to ensure that the guest was comfortable. This is completely unacceptable. When a guest pays for a hotel room, the very least they should expect is a room with functioning air conditioning and basic comfort. Instead, I had to tolerate an uncomfortable room while the hotel appeared to simply ignore the problem. The elevator also took an unnecessarily long time. The hotel is old, the room had an unpleasant smell, and the floor was dirty. The overall condition of the hotel was far below what I expected. The biggest problem was not simply that the hotel was old. Old facilities can still be acceptable if they are properly maintained and if the staff genuinely care about resolving problems. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I paid for a comfortable stay, but instead I received an uncomfortable room, poor maintenance, and a complete lack of meaningful problem-solving. I feel that my money was wasted. I strongly do not recommend this hotel. If you are looking for a comfortable stay and expect the hotel to take responsibility when something goes wrong, I would seriously advise you to consider other options.

We had a great stay at Muong Thanh Luxury Da Nang Hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The best part was the view—we could see the beach directly from our room and the city from the balcony, which was beautiful both during the day and at night. The hotel is located right across from My Khe Beach, making it very convenient for beach lovers. While several hotels in the area offer similar beach access, the room quality and views here made our stay especially enjoyable. Overall, a wonderful stay and definitely worth considering when visiting Da Nang.

We truly enjoyed our 5-day stay at Muong Thanh Luxury Hotel Danang. What made our experience even more special was the warm and personalised service we received from Mai, Trang, Tan, and the male porter at the entrance.Today, he was very alert & helped us to carry & load our belongings to our private transport. We were always greeted with their genuine smiles and warm welcomes, which made us feel comfortable and truly valued throughout our stay. Their friendliness, attentiveness, and thoughtful service added a beautiful touch to our Danang experience. Thank you, Mai, Trang, Tan, and the porter, for making our stay so welcoming and memorable. Your warm smiles and excellent service will certainly be remembered! ❤️

I honestly do not know how anyone could call this hotel outdated. My experience here has been absolutely magnificent! From the moment I arrived, the service was fantastic. A special shoutout to Tan, who checked me in and made me feel incredibly welcome right from the start.The value you get here is unbeatable. I have stayed at other properties in the area, specifically the Golden Lotus Luxury Hotel, and the Muong Thanh Luxury is actually less expensive while being about 10 times nicer! My room is absolutely huge. I ended up staying in a Grand Suite for only about $140 a night, and I couldn't be happier with the space,
