The room is spacious, linen of good quality. There is not much closet to hang our formal outfit, but does have enough shelf, nooks & crannies for cosmetics, shoes, etc. I have requested for extra blanket in the middle of the night, but the Concierge have no access for linen since housekeeping is not in-house. The Concierge passed the message to Housekeeping in am & was provided the same day. The Concierge is very helpful esp Nyna who helped booked us to Han Noi tour to Silk Factory, Pagoda, Marble Mountain & dinner. The hotel is accessible to restaurant, market, & beach within 15-30 min Walk, but we prefer Grub for convenience. The daily breakfast is sufficient for me For I usually eat light breakfast.

We had a fantastic stay and received true 5-star service throughout. The room was amazing – spacious, comfortable, and beautifully presented. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a great variety of delicious options each morning.The rooftop pool was lovely and a perfect place to relax and enjoy the views.A special thank you to Nyna, who was incredibly helpful during our stay. She arranged our tickets for Ba Na Hills, which saved us a lot of time waiting in queues and made our trip much more enjoyable. Her assistance and attention to detail really stood out.Overall, the service was outstanding from start to finish. We would highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

The check-in process was smooth and swift.The room was immaculate, incredibly spacious, and beautifully designed. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, guaranteeing a great night's sleep. Housekeeping did a phenomenal job keeping everything spotless throughout my stay.Facilities & Amenities: Top-notch. The communal areas are well-maintained, modern, and visually stunning. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was perfect for both relaxation and catching up on work.Location: Perfectly situated. It offers great accessibility while still maintaining a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.This hotel truly understands the art of hospitality. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect stay, and I will definitely be returning.

We loved the hotel , specifically the rooms are so nice and has a big bed where you can sleep 4 people. Ofcourse speaking about the bathroom it has a nice tub where you can relax with your partner and the open view from the room was a deal breaker and thanks to Kha for the hospitality provided here at San marino boutique hotel.

My stay here was amazing. The staffs' smiles never faltered & their service was great. The room was a perfect size. HA at reception was very sweet and very efficient. She informed me that items were left at one of the rooms and suggested that she will bring it down for me while i had breakfast before my check out which shows she went the extra mile for me. Thank you for the rest of the staff too for making it a pleasant stay! location was great too! it was only a 10-15 mins walk to my khe beach, just right beside the hotel there was a minimart and there were 2 gift shops (easy for last minute souvenir shopping) opposite and a few mins walk from the hotel! loved that too!

It was my first time staying here, and I had such a wonderful experience. The staff were so kind and welcoming. They surprised me with a birthday cake, which was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture. It honestly made me so happy and made my stay even more special. Thank you so much! Cam on krub.

Service is really good. The receptionist tells me how to use coupon for grabs. Bellboy brings our luggages to room. They give us bigger room with bigger beds. The breakfast is tasty too. Only the toilet and bathroom are together. quite slippery. Must be careful.

We love the service! Very accommodating and food are really good. We love it. Specially the ice tea🥹🤣 I even asked Ny Na (one of their staff) to share with me the name of the tea and she did, now, I will bring it home to Philippines. She’s very polite and easy to talk with too. 5 STARS for Ny Na too. lol Will definitely come back here and highly recommend San Marino Hotel!🫶🏻
