⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 – Absolutely Amazing Experience! Vedana Lagoon in Hue was an incredible experience from start to finish! The customer service was a perfect 10/10. Every staff member was extremely friendly, kind, welcoming and always willing to help. The level of hospitality was outstanding and really made our stay special. The bungalow was absolutely amazing, beautifully designed, spacious, peaceful and spotlessly clean. The entire resort was very well maintained, and the attention to detail was impressive. The food was fantastic, especially the delicious breakfast with plenty of great options. Room service was also incredibly fast, and everything arrived fresh and beautifully prepared. One of the highlights of our stay was watching the breathtaking sunset over the lagoon in the afternoon. The views were absolutely stunning and created such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Everything about this resort exceeded our expectations, from the beautiful surroundings and amazing accommodation to the exceptional service. I highly recommend Vedana Lagoon to anyone visiting Hue or looking for a peaceful luxury getaway in Vietnam. Truly a 10/10 experience, and we would absolutely love to come back!

We are here now for a 3 night stay after a busy few days in Hanoi. I expected this resort to be beautiful from research before I booked but nothing prepared me for just how stunning it is. We are staying in a 2 bed water villa which is probably one of the best rooms I have ever stayed in (and I travel a lot) huge bathrooms, dressing area the biggest and most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! |The 2 bed water villa s two rooms separated by a swimming pool, one room a super big double bed and the other room twin beds, so ideal as we were travelling as a family with two teenage daughter’s.|You get around the resort of bicycles which is great fun. |With our room we got complimentary cocktail and a 30 min spa treatment per day (you can opt for daily or add days together for a longer treatment ie 90 mins for a 3 night stay) the spa treatment I had yesterday was amazing and the spa is wonderful very Bali inspired.|Breakfast is great with big choice of western and local dishes. Omelette station was excellent. |We had dinner on the Horizon restaurant last night and the food was very good. Again lots of local and western choice available. Others have commented it is expensive but we didn’t think do for a hotel of this quality.|But what really makes this place special are the people - all of the hotel team are so kind and helpful. You are set up with a WhatsApp for amy queries or bookings snd the process is so efficient.|We had plans to visit Hue on the complimentary hotel shuttle bus but we love this resort so much we just don’t want to |leave. |If you want a few days relaxing in between sightseeing this is the perfect place. Highly recommend!

Remains our favourite chill place in Vietnam, as I write this we have just completed our 3rd stay here. I love how close it is to the airport, making a quick get away for a few days from Hanoi easily manageable. Staff: great communication and friendly Spa: Always amazing, so clean and welcoming and I adore the 30m complimentary head rub that came with our room. Pools: Main pool by the horizon bar is very chilled and never too busy. Every time we have gone past the twilight one it seemed much busier with swimmers and photo takers alike Breakfast: one of the best in VN, and we have got through a few in 4 years. Such fresh tasty selection of food. Although I would say please have chilled milk available, warm milk with cereal isn't pleasant Rooms: we have been fortunate enough to enjoy a hillside villa, water lagoon and hillside villa with pool, all were amazing. Lived the private pool in the villa, but then the sunrise from the water lagoon room was amazing. Grounds: the bikes are a great hit to cycle round the grounds either for exercise or simply to get from a to b. Be prepared to a massive amount of bike swapping and dont get too attached to one, chances are it will be swapped out by someone looking for a better one! Food: the restaurant here is perhaps the only thing that let's it down, its not so much the price, you expect to pay higher in a resort, but its not that tasty. The little food stalls outside the resort which it seems most of the resort wat at every night, are great, we love getting fresh grilled prawns and seafood from there every night. This resort is great for a few chill days. There is the option of a free shuttle bus from the resort to the city centre if you need a little more variety, but we chose it for the opposite, to enjoy the fab views and relax for a few days at a time

The best hotel we have stayed at in Vietnam! Exceptional service and personal touch. This is an amazing hotel, located just two hours from Hoi An, and we can wholeheartedly say it is the best hotel we have stayed at on our trip. The staff deserves a lot of praise for their personal attention and a level of service that goes above and beyond. Customer service: On the first night, we had an issue with the AC in our room. The staff showed up immediately to help, and by the second night, they moved us to an upgraded room with a private pool, which was just wonderful. The best spa in Vietnam: The hotel offers a complimentary half-hour spa treatment per person for every night booked. We didn't get to use it on the first day, so they happily let us combine the time for a full hour on the second day. It was the best treatment we had in Vietnam – the atmosphere was super relaxing, and the therapists were lovely and attentive. Transport help that saved us a lot: The hotel provides daily free shuttles to Hue. On check-out day, we needed to continue to another destination a 4-hour drive away. Even though we were the only ones signed up for the shuttle that day, they still decided to run the minibus. Furthermore, they agreed to drop us off right at the bus station we needed for our onward journey, which saved us a lot of money and hassle. We met a team of kind, lovely people who offer genuine, personal care. Highly recommended!

Our family had a wonderful stay at the hotel in 2025. I would like to express my special thanks to Ms. Thu Linh at the breakfast area. Since the restaurant did not have ready-made food for a 1-year-old, she enthusiastically went above and beyond to help and specially prepared porridge for my baby. Her dedication and lovely attitude made our family trip so much easier and warmer. Thank you so much, Thu Linh, we truly appreciate your excellent hospitality!

This place was a great getaway for a few days. The staff and service was incredibly friendly and accommodating, everyone from check-in to dining to the spa to housekeeping to buggy drivers. We stayed in one of the villas on the water and it was private and very peaceful. A few other notes: - It's a little far from Hue City and Da Nang, so if you're looking for convenience to either of these places, this might not be the place for you. The resort offers transportation and other tourism services, but it is a little bit far. We chose this place because we weren't interested in the normal tourist destinations. - It's located in a small fishing village, so it's pretty much just the resort and a few small seafood restaurants in the immediate area. You will need to book Grab/taxi to go further out, and there aren't enough drivers available past 9pm to pick you up. Plan your days accordingly. - There's plenty to do on the resort, including a bird sanctuary, tennis, a great spa with reasonable prices, and many other activities. We don't have kids, but there were lots of families with children who all seemed properly entertained. - It's best to have WhatsApp or similar messaging service installed and set up since this is what you use to communicate with the staff. It's big resort, so they offer a free shuttle/buggy service to take you around. Any activities you want to do, just message the staff through the app and they'll book it for you. - It might've gotten a little boring if we stayed longer. 2 nights and 3 days was the sweet spot for us to just stay on the resort the whole time.

I had a wonderful stay at Vedana Lagoon Resort & Spa Hue and was truly impressed by the peaceful atmosphere and beautiful natural surroundings. The resort is located in a stunning lagoon area, offering breathtaking views, fresh air, and a relaxing environment that is perfect for those who want to escape from the busy city life. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Their warm hospitality made my stay more comfortable and memorable. The breakfast was also a highlight, with a good variety of delicious dishes, fresh ingredients, and beautiful views while enjoying the meal. The swimming pool is one of the most beautiful features of the resort, with an amazing view overlooking the lagoon. It is a perfect place to relax, enjoy the scenery, and take beautiful photos. The resort also provides electric shuttle services, which are very convenient for moving around the large property. In addition, guests can use bicycles for free to explore the peaceful surroundings at their own pace. For dinner, besides dining at the resort, guests can also easily visit local seafood restaurants outside. There are several seafood places located only a few hundred meters from the main entrance, within walking distance. The seafood is fresh, tasty, and offers very reasonable prices, making it a great option to experience local cuisine. Overall, Vedana Lagoon Resort & Spa Hue is a wonderful destination with beautiful scenery, excellent service, and a relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it for couples, families, or anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in Hue.

From the moment we arrived Thao, Annie and the team could not have been more hospitable. They always went above and beyond allowing us to have the most luxurious and relaxing holiday ever. The villa far exceeded our expectations, the food was absolutely amazing and the staff were always so friendly. I would recommend booking a spa treatment also as it was incredible! Can't wait to get back there!
