My stay at Bloom Boutique in GK1 was great - Faz helped me get an early check in and let me have some breakfast since I had arrived very early in the morning. The room is beautiful and the room service was great. The only issue I had was not being able to get a third bed on the last night for a friend who traveled in, despite having corresponded with the manager about having a third bed on the last night a few weeks before the trip. My mistake was not communicating with the front desk when I arrived, and just assumed that that was already agreed upon. Luckily, the bed was big enough to fit 3 people. Otherwise, the stay was lovely.

Excellent stay. Your staff were all very friendly and helpful. The rooms were of a high standard (excellent style!) and very clean (the only criticism was that the bathroom, although adequate, was not up to the very high standard of the room). Breakfast was amazing. Thanks 🙏🙏🙏

Had a very pleasant stay at the bloom boutique. The service was excellent throughout. A special thank you to Sahil and Faiz at the front desk, who were both extremely helpful and attentive. The doorman, Vivek, was also a sweetheart and made every arrival and departure feel welcoming. Would recommend this place for a comfortable stay.

Had a wonderful experience at Bloom Boutique, GK-1, New Delhi. The staff was extremely polite, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. A special thanks to Mr. Jitender for his outstanding hospitality and for making us feel so comfortable. He was very professional, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The entire team treated us with great care and made our stay truly memorable. Really appreciate the warm hospitality and excellent service. Highly recommended! Would definitely love to visit again. ❤

I stayed at Bloom Boutique in GK-1, Delhi, and unfortunately it didn't live up to its price point. This is an average hotel charging rates you'd expect at a much better property, and the service, amenities, and ambience simply don't justify the cost. The breakfast was the biggest letdown, easily one of the worst I've had at a hotel in this price range. Honestly, the fact that they are giving people the option to book a room with breakfast when their restaurant is closed is a scam in itself. To the point that I feel like I was ripped off and should be given a refund for the breakfast. Or the absence of it, rather. Firstly, they were out of almost everything that they made me tick on a "breakfast form", and whatever was available tasted like reheated ready-to-eat day-old frozen food. Several items, including the idli and the watermelon, were stale and genuinely unpleasant. Overall food quality was questionable. A couple of other practical issues: the room keycard used to operate the elevator never worked properly, so we constantly had to flag down staff just to get to our floor, and it was never actually fixed. There was also non-stop construction next door throughout the day. That last part isn't really the hotel's fault, but it added to an already underwhelming stay. This was my first stay at a Bloom hotel, and it'll be my last. For the prices they charge, I can't recommend it, especially in Delhi, where there are far better options for the money.

Lovely clean and spacious room and good choice of breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff, Faiz on reception and the helpful security man also. Checked in early as had booked the night before due to flight time. Would recommend .

Really disappointed with our stay. We stayed here a few months ago with no issues. It has gone significantly downhill since. Sink was leaking on 2 occasions. On one occasion, it collapsed. Mgr tells me 'please try to understand'. Had to wedge a dustbin underneath to stop my feet getting wet. No discount offered and had to pay the full amount. Never get your laundry done here. They burnt 2 polyester t shirts and shrunk one of them. I think they are doing laundry in house using the wrong machines or using the cheapest one in the area with no experience. Won't be returning and will be escalating. If you want a cheap room to stay in, maybe this is for you. If you value your time, don't come here. On a positive note, room cleaning was good. No hot water after 11am in the morning. They tell me the pump only runs in the morning like the olden days.

Really good experience with stay. Rooms and beds were clean. Everything was available on request. Good variety of breakfast buffet. All rhe staff were friendly specifically Mr. Jitender and Mr. Basant were very helpful. Highly recommended for safety and friendly stay in New Delhi. Thanks for everything 😊
