Atmosphere was very friendly. Staff is also very helpful, we got upgraded to executive room. No noise, cleanliness and water were provided everyday. Good food, value for money. Location is also nice and close to metro. No problems faced.

The staff were the only good thing about this hotel...friendly and genuinely helpful. Everything else was disappointing. The room was basically a bed with walls around it. One chair, no table, and barely enough room to stand. Apparently, dining while standing—or balancing plates on the bed—is considered a feature here. The towels looked ancient and filthy. We wouldn't even touch them and had to buy our own paper tissues instead. Good staff can't save a hotel that fails at basic comfort and cleanliness. Never again.

The food was extremely good. They provide room service on time. Their staff was extremely cooperative. The atmosphere was also good. The location is near the airport, only 1 hour away. Rooms are serviced on a daily basis and are kept very clean.

An exceptional stay! The entire team was welcoming, but Dinesh Singh truly stood out with his outstanding customer service and helpful attitude. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and effortless. Will definitely be coming back!

My overall experience was very good. The training was informative and well-organized, and I got to learn many new things. The trainers were supportive and explained everything clearly. The staff was helpful and cooperative throughout the training. Overall, it was a good learning experience and a positive start to my new journey.

I was asked to make advance payment for confirming the booking though booked through my firm’s corporate portal. The room & services were decent but there were few issues like issue in opening window, water logging in balcony especially during this season of dengue & malaria, food quality wasn’t good at all, fresh towels smelled. Also, while coming through cab, since I reached late, the service road main door was closed which caused trouble & had to struggle finding opened entrance to property’s road.
