I had a very disappointing stay at Hotel Sea Park, Karol Bagh. The room was far below any acceptable standard. The AC was not cooling properly, making it difficult to sleep through the night. The bed was very hard, and I barely got any proper rest. The bathroom was in poor condition. The shower wasn't working, and only a hand shower was fitted. The biggest safety concern was the exhaust fan—it came loose from its housing as soon as I switched it on and fell to the floor. Thankfully, it missed me, but it could have caused a serious injury. The bathroom was also extremely cramped, with the jet spray constantly touching my leg while using the commode, making it very uncomfortable. Cleanliness was another major issue. The bedsheets were yellowish, worn out, and had holes in them. There was visible dust around the lamps and light fixtures, showing that the room had not been cleaned properly. Breakfast was served in the room as there is no buffet, but everything arrived almost cold, which was quite disappointing. The only positive aspect of my stay was the staff. They were polite, cooperative, and tried to help wherever possible. However, good staff alone cannot make up for poor room quality, lack of maintenance, and safety issues. I would not recommend staying here unless the hotel significantly improves its maintenance, cleanliness, and overall room standards.

Ill mainteined property with photos uploaded with lot of photoshop done. This increaes travellers' expectations. Fortunately room was much better than the exterior. It was spacious and atleast was actually a family room. Tea served was good. Rest other things were very very basic.

Hotel C Park Inn was a very comfortable place to stay. I appreciated the spacious rooms and the clean, tidy surroundings, which made the visit feel relaxing. The food was another highlight—fresh, tasty, and enjoyable. The manager was helpful and welcoming throughout my stay, and the service felt genuinely kind. I had a pleasant experience overall and would gladly return.

The stay is quite good, we have stayed in the family room which is quite nice, but but but there are some problems with this hotel, 1. The ac connection is controlled by the management and they switched off the ac quite often and we have to inform them several times to switch it on. 2. The cleaning process is quite disturbing, they keep you waiting untill they clean the check out rooms then came to your room, 3. The neighborhood is good but it is in bike modification market so quite chaotic for the whole day, 4. While checking out they used to tell you to give feedback/google review in front of them so don't blindly believe on the reviews, otherwise it was a good stay you can visit...

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience overall. The location was best , walkable from the metro station. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and well-maintained, making the stay extremely comfortable. The AC worked perfectly and kept the room cool, and the bathroom was hygienic and well equipped. There was also a fridge in the room, although it wasn’t working at the moment, but honestly, it wasn’t needed during my stay so it didn’t affect my experience. What really stood out was the room service — it was fast, efficient, and genuinely helpful. On top of that, the manager was an incredibly kind person who provided hospitality that felt just like home. His warm nature and polite behavior made the stay even better. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and friendly stay. I would definitely love to visit again! Lastly one suggestion, please ignore all the negative comments they must be fake and there is nothing like crowded place etc. every time when I booked cab it directly came at the hotel gate.
