Good Stay I am extremely happy with the housekeeping services. The staff is very hardworking, honest, and professional. The room and bathroom are cleaned thoroughly, and everything is done properly and on time. The staff’s behavior is very polite and helpful. Hotel five elements north avenue delhi The location is excellent, right in the heart of kamla nagar with easy access to the market and metro. Rooms are clean, well-maintained, and compact, offering good comfort for short stays.|Service is prompt and staff are polite, always ready to assist with queries.The overall ambiance is modern and minimal, giving a fresh vibe compared to typical budget hotels. Stayed our second night at Horizon Hotel by Shanti. For the same price, this hotel was awful. Horizon offered airport pickup and includes breakfast. Room condition, reception and service was 1000x better.

My stay at Five Elements Hotels - Delhi was disappointing compared with another hotel I used at a similar price. The room condition, reception experience, and overall service all felt noticeably below expectations. I also missed the added convenience of airport pickup and included breakfast. The hotel may be suitable for a basic stay, but improvements in upkeep, hospitality, and included amenities would make a significant difference.

The location is both good and bad depending how you reach there, if going via public transport then no issues as the hotel is located right in heart of kamla nagar market, one of the hot spots in Delhi for shopping and hopping around on university area, if personal vehicle then you will have to face problem of huge traffic again because of the market and very limited (2-3 only) car parking available. The valet is there sometimes and sometimes not. Rooms are decent but bathroom locks and latch won't work in many rooms, coz the manager says the hotel is generally frequented by couple and they don't need bathroom latches. Service is bit slow as the breakfast menu used to take time to refill, but the food was fine. Its good if you are travelling solo or on official trip or Even personal trip but bringing your own vehicle. Public transport is readily available because of close proximity to market and various university colleges.

Good rooms. Room cleaning wasn't done on both days. But room was clean. Breakfast spread was limited. Decent hotel for Business customers. There was loud music playing in the next room and the hotel didnt take any action. Was disturbing.

Rooms were very dirty, and the washroom was also in a terrible condition. When we informed the staff, they said the rooms would only improve after renovation. Considering the price, the rooms and service were extremely poor.
