Worst experience The property requires renovation. Walls are having pair chipping, locks broken, very bad smell all over, chairs are so dirty that you can’t imagine to sit on them and have your food. It is the worst property I have ever visited in my life. The staff is not at all tourist friendly or accommodating. The stay with stress is not what you expect after paying so much money 5.5k per night. 🥲Will never stay in such hotel again.Also would like to advise trip.com to satisfy itself before publishing such hotels on their site. Our stay at Ramada by Wyndham Pithampur, Delhi was excellent. The room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with high-quality amenities. A special mention to Ms. Bhawna Arora for her exceptional service and warm hospitality. We had accidentally booked a twin-bed room, and she kindly assisted us with an upgrade to a king-size bed. Her guidance throughout our stay was extremely helpful, and she was always smiling, approachable, and ready to assist. The breakfast included in our package was absolutely delicious, with a great variety and an impressive spread. Overall, every aspect of our stay was wonderful, and we were completely satisfied with the experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Delhi and would be happy to stay here again!

Recently stayed here for two nights for a family wedding! We booked over 20 rooms, and the entire family was extremely happy with their experience. The rooms were spotless, and the staff was exceptionally warm, welcoming, and helpful. We also also hosted our Mehendi and Haldi functions here. Everyone was pleasantly surprised by how attentively the staff looked after us, making sure we were fed and could actually enjoy our own event! Highly recommend Ramada by Wyndham New Delhi Pitampura for any occasion. Book them without a second thought! Big thank you to this hotel and their staff for 2 amazing nights and 3 beautiful days.

I had a wonderful stay here and truly felt at home. All the staff were extremely helpful and supportive. A big thank you to the entire F&B, housekeeping, and front desk team for making my stay so comfortable. Since I was new to the place and didn’t know much about the location or surroundings, Sapna, Nishant, and Akash from the front desk supported me throughout and guided me whenever I needed help. A special thanks to Monu and Guddu from housekeeping. They took such great care of me and my family, and every time I needed something, they were always there to help. Their care and kindness made me feel like I was staying with family rather than in a hotel. From F&B, a huge thank you to Darshan and Mishree. Whatever food or service I requested, they were always happy to arrange it and make sure everything was taken care of. Thank you so much to everyone for your kindness, support, and hospitality. I stayed with my family for five days in Ramada Pitampura and we had a very satisfying & positive experience. Excellent customer service from the front desk especially Bhawna & Akshay. The chef is praiseworthy too. The staff in the restaurant along with the room service staff were all very professional & friendly. Needless to say, we’ll visit this hotel repeatedly. The entire experience is great. The only problem is it's an old property, and there is no soundproofing. Nothing is heard from outside the actual building;the hallways and above as well as below bedrooms are fully breached, and the rooms on the left and right are easy to hear from, but muffled. Some of the hand showers are faulty, and showering at peak timings brings bad pressure. However, after informing the staff, they had it fixed immediately after notification.
