Honestly, the overall experience was below average. We arrived at around 1 PM, and thankfully, finding the hotel wasn’t difficult as it was located right on the main road. We were given a room on the second floor. The staff told us that the lift was currently out of order and would be repaired shortly. However, the lift was still not working even the next day. My parents are senior citizens, so they had to use the stairs to reach the second floor. The hotel staff did carry our luggage upstairs, which was helpful, but every time we needed to go in or out, we had to use the stairs. There was no dinner available at the hotel. Only one or two breakfast options and tea were available. The tea was not good at all according to my taste, although the quantity was decent. The room itself was average. The bathroom had serious drainage issues, with water clogging at the washbasin, in the shower area, and elsewhere. Our booking included an extra bed, but instead of an actual extra bed, they provided a mattress at night. The prices of the items in the mini-fridge were also extremely high (almost double the usual price).They charged ₹50 for one piece of cookies ( an entire box could probably be bought for that price). Even a 1-litre bottle of water was priced at ₹35. Overall, considering the quality and facilities of the hotel, I felt that everything was overpriced. The services and overall quality were below average, so the experience was honestly not worth the amount we paid.

This is perhaps the best budget hotels I have ever stayed. The front desk is extremely cooperative. Rooms large and spacious. Safety and security top grade. I would certainly recommend this highly and would definitely love to come back again.

The stay was comfortable and well managed. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, they even allowed us to keep our luggage for some time after checkout, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was good and fresh. Overall, a pleasant and hassle-free experience Recommended if you're looking for a decent stay

My wife and I came for a certain medical procedure in a clinic near by. |The staff was so nice and attending. The room is nice for the price charged, breakfast is served to the room and we had Indian sabji & puri every morning (it was so nice). |The area is nice and safe, full of nice restaurants to eat at and it's only 5 minutes walk to rajouri garden metro station which made going into town very easy. |After our treatment we moved to a different hotel only because we couldn't leave the hotel for 2-3 days and wanted a hotel with a pool and gym. |Recommended with love.

One of the best stays that I have had in a recent while. The staff here is amazing and the rooms are quiet nice too. They pay attention to detail. We booked a family suite and they allowed us early check in. Morning tea was such a nice one too. Hot water on demand is a plus. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The staff service was excellent—everyone was polite, attentive, and always ready to help. The food quality was very good, well-prepared, and consistently served on time. Special appreciation to the kitchen team for maintaining taste and hygiene. The front desk team deserves special mention for their great cooperation and support throughout our visit. They handled all our requests smoothly and professionally. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Shubham vilas. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and excellent service. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with all the modern amenities I could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Housekeeping did an amazing job keeping everything fresh and tidy throughout my stay. The location was ideal close to major attractions and public transport, making it easy to explore the area. The only drawback I encountered was the parking situation. Finding a spot was a bit challenging because you have to park on road. Despite the minor parking issue, everything else about this hotel was exceptional. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a premium stay with outstanding service.
