We had a wonderful experience at Al Najada Doha Hotel by Tivoli. The location was perfect, It has an incredible atmosphere and a variety of their pastry and coffee , and its friendly staff, which overall made us repeat or visits again without hesitation. I am also grateful to their very kind waiter/waittress JAYNESSA and ZA PHENG both of you ,, you give us excellent service thank you so much

Qadeer, sultan, ali and Esther thank you for making our stay at al najada unforgettable, from the start to finish the staff have been so attentive and helpful towards our needs and ensuring our stay is as smooth as possible! The location is good as the hotel is next to the souq so food and entertainment is readily available. My husband is a big football fan and the hotel was kind enough to even play the football on their outside screens when we asked! The hotel is very clean and comfortable Thank you once again for ensuring our holiday at doha went so well

I had a wonderful experience at Al Najada Doha Hotel by Tivoli. The location was perfect, the service was excellent, and the overall experience was honestly one of the best I have had. I have visited many countries and stayed in many hotels, and this hotel stands out as one of the most luxurious, comfortable, and convenient options, especially considering the price. Even though I booked during a seasonal period, Eid Al-Adha, the value and quality were still very impressive. The rooms were superior, very comfortable, and well maintained. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great overall standard that added to the experience. The only point that needs improvement is the valet service during checkout. We had to wait around 30 minutes to one hour in the lobby/front area to receive the car, which affected the otherwise perfect experience. I believe the hotel should develop a better procedure or organized system for requesting cars during checkout, especially during busy periods. Other than that, everything was outstanding. The hotel, service, rooms, breakfast, and location were all excellent. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I have had in Qatar, and I would highly recommend it.

I liked this hotel. Location is perfect. Rooms are so big. Maybe objects can be more better and New but nice. Bahtroom is excellent. Swimmingpool is Enough and very clean. Life Guard Swabir is funny and friendly. Recepcionist Esthez is so helpful and kind. Guests can faces with Nice and polite staffs in dininghall especillay I dont remember names but 1 Asian Smart women and 1 Asian men. Thank you for host us 😊

I had another wonderful stay at Al Najada Doha Hotel by Tivoli. This was not my first time here, and once again the experience was excellent. What makes this hotel special is not only its beautiful location and facilities, but especially the hospitality. The staff are always incredibly kind, welcoming and attentive. A special thank you to Khalid Abdulaziz, who always makes me feel very welcome whenever I return to Doha. This time, I brought him a small gift from Brazil: my favorite butter, traditionally produced in my hometown for more than 100 years. It was a simple way of thanking him for all the kindness and hospitality I have received here. Al Najada has become a special place for me in Doha, and I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Qatar. 🇶🇦🇧🇷 Highly recommended!
