This was our third visit to Banana Island Resort, and once again, it was an absolutely wonderful experience! Every visit feels special, and the excitement of returning never fades. In fact, each stay makes us look forward to our next visit even more! The food deserves special appreciation, especially the excellent breakfast buffet, which feels like a never-ending menu with an amazing variety of choices! There is always so much to explore and enjoy, making breakfast a delightful experience every time. The overall food experience has been consistently impressive and adds even more value to our stay. The entire team deserves special recognition for their outstanding hospitality and support. From assisting us with boarding the cruise and arranging our room as early as possible to providing excellent service throughout our stay, their dedication and willingness to help were truly remarkable. A special mention goes to Ms. Tanla, whose exceptional support and hospitality made this visit even more memorable. Her assistance and warm approach truly stood out and made us feel valued as returning guests. Banana Island is becoming one of our favourite getaway destinations, and we are already excited about returning in the next couple of months! A big thank you to the entire team for consistently delivering such wonderful experiences and creating beautiful memories for us. Keep up the excellent work! We can’t wait to visit again soon!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I would like to give special thanks to Subhan from the Guest Service Center. I called to ask for information about the resort, and he was very friendly, polite, and helpful. He explained everything clearly and patiently answered all my questions. His excellent communication and positive attitude made me feel very welcome and well taken care of. Thank you, Subhan, for the great customer service!

What a wonderful experience we had on the island! From arrival to departure, the hospitality and service from the entire Recreation Team were truly exceptional. We received a warm welcome from Peter, Yusuf, and Naomi, whose friendliness and professionalism made us feel at home. Our time at the Q Lounge Pool was fantastic, thanks to Omar and Jamilah, who provided excellent and attentive service, ensuring our visit was comfortable and enjoyable. A special appreciation goes to Zainab and Prashant from the Adventure Park. We truly appreciated their patience, encouragement, and extra care in ensuring everyone felt comfortable and confident throughout the activities. Ali from Water Sports deserves recognition for his jovial personality and wonderful energy, which added even more fun to our experience! Heartfelt thanks to Mr. Brighton and Mr. Bashir, the Recreation Leaders, for their warm hospitality and excellent leadership. The dedication and professionalism of the entire team truly reflect their commitment to guest satisfaction. Most importantly, our birthday girl had an unforgettable celebration! 🎂❤️ The day was filled with laughter, adventure, relaxation, and beautiful memories. A sincere thank you to everyone who made our daycation so special. The service exceeded our expectations, and every one in our group is already looking forward to returning! We had a wonderful day at Adventure Park on Banana Island. From start to finish, the team was incredibly friendly, encouraging and professional. They went out of their way to ensure that both children and adults felt comfortable, safe, and able to fully enjoy every activity. A huge thank you to Dodi, Jaffar, Mubarak and Richard in particular. You made us feel so welcome, were fantastic with the children, and the birthday song for my son was such a thoughtful touch that made his day extra special. Thank you for a fantastic experience — we will definitely be back!

We came to Banana Island Resort for a staycation, and it was a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, the rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was excellent with a great variety of options. A special thank you to Brother Aye Chan for his warm hospitality, kindness, and exceptional service. He truly made our stay even more enjoyable. We look forward to visiting again!

My wife and I visited Banana Island today, and honestly, we were completely blown away from the moment we arrived. Everything was absolutely fantastic, from the warm and attentive service to the incredible food, beautiful swimming pools, and the overall atmosphere and amenities. A very special thank you to Jonathan, who went above and beyond to make our experience truly exceptional. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made us feel incredibly welcome and looked after throughout the day. The whole experience was beyond what we expected, and it’s genuinely a day that my wife and I will never forget for the rest of our lives. Everything was perfect, and we left with huge smiles and amazing memories. Thank you, Jonathan, and the entire Banana Island team, for making our day so special. We can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely Amazing Experience at Banana Island Resort! I had an incredible stay at Banana Island Resort and couldn’t recommend it highly enough. From the beautiful surroundings and excellent facilities to the warm hospitality, everything was exceptional. The entire experience was relaxing, enjoyable, and truly memorable. A special mention to Moses, Sam, Naomi, Drake, May and Jim, who went above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable. Their professionalism, friendliness and genuine care really stood out. They made us feel welcomed and looked after throughout our visit. The service was outstanding, the atmosphere was fantastic, and the staff made the experience even more special. Dodi was very accommodating and provided great customer service throughout the adventure world tour. We did zip line and it was a wonderful experience. Make sure you guys opt in for the go camera and take the footage as memory, worth it. Highly recommend booking with dodi and his team
