⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐|We had a lovely breakfast at Best Western Plus Doha with a group of 20 ladies. The food was fresh and delicious, and the ambiance was beautiful and welcoming.|A special thank you to Mr. Nabir, the manager, who was so courteous, humble, professional, and welcoming. He made sure everything was well taken care of, and the whole team was warm and attentive.|We had a wonderful morning and truly enjoyed the experience. Highly recommended! 🌸☕

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ FABULOUS HOSPITALITY, OUTSTANDING DIAMOND RECOGNITION & A TRUE FOUR-STAR EXPERIENCE IN DOHA! 🇶🇦 Best Western Plus Doha genuinely impressed me and completely changed the way I look at the Best Western brand. I had a 16-hour layover in Doha and still had two more flights ahead of me before reaching my final destination, so having a comfortable, welcoming place to rest and recharge was extremely important. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. I was welcomed with a delicious and refreshing hibiscus tea, which was such a thoughtful and elegant first impression after traveling. The team immediately recognized my Best Western Rewards Diamond status and made me feel genuinely appreciated. I received a fabulous complimentary upgrade to a beautiful, spacious suite, which was exactly what I needed during such a long journey. Elite membership DOES matter when a hotel truly understands how to recognize loyalty. Another fantastic benefit is the complimentary shuttle service to Hamad International Airport. For travelers with long layovers or onward flights, this adds tremendous convenience and value. Knowing that transportation back to the airport was taken care of made the entire stay much more relaxing and stress-free. What impressed me even more is the overall standard of this property. Best Western Plus Doha is a genuine four-star hotel, and the experience felt far more upscale and luxurious than what I have personally associated with many Best Western properties in the United States. In the U.S., Best Western is often viewed as a practical, mid-range hotel brand. Here in Doha, the experience felt completely different—elegant surroundings, spacious accommodations, excellent hospitality, strong elite recognition, and a much more premium atmosphere. I was honestly very impressed. The suite was clean, spacious, comfortable, and perfect for resting before continuing my journey. After many hours of travel, having a quiet and comfortable suite made an enormous difference. A special THANK YOU to the hardworking front desk team, housekeeping staff, management, shuttle team, and everyone working behind the scenes. Their professionalism, warmth, and dedication deserve tremendous recognition. As someone who travels frequently and experiences many hotel brands internationally, I notice these differences. Best Western Plus Doha demonstrated how important genuine hospitality, loyalty recognition, thoughtful service, and traveler convenience really are. Thank you for the wonderful Diamond recognition, the fabulous suite upgrade, the warm welcome, the delicious hibiscus tea, and the complimentary airport shuttle. FIVE STARS! It was amazing staycation! The staffs are all very accommodating and friendly. The facilities are all working well just the indoor pool might need some renovation for more nicer outlook and would be more better if at least there's a heater on it. We've book room there as well to experience the bars there but unfortunately 3 out of four are closed. But anyway would surely come back!

I am really satisfied with their services. Good cleaned rooms, nice location with nearby big parking. Locating around middle of the city. You will have nice and different taste of food at here. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended. Thank you

Rooms are bigher and clean. I wrote following comment on the last day morning. However, after reading this comment, Mr. Nabir, the duty in-chaege met and assured that they will take care and instruct the staff accordingly. So, I am satisfied with his approach that someone is there to take care of the complain in the timely manner. My previous comments are as follows " However the main issues are poor services such as when I asked for Masala tea in breakfast the answer was that they do not have. My general experience is that hotels have accommodated such requests looking to many Indian tourist but here answer was dry. No dry fruits in breakfast ( I stayed for 6 days). No fresh juice . Breakfast was boring. No list of intercome phone number ( like reception/ housekeeping etc) in room . Despite my request they did not send. Many other minor issues. Sometime misses to clean the cups and we have to call. Gym opens at 8 when I asked them. They were not ready to open at 7 AM . No supervisor in Gym which is okay"

I stopped in to visit Krossroads. Things were going great till I was solicited. Good food, great atmosphere and live band. By the way exercise caution accepting a cab from here. You may be taking the hotel provided transport which for a normal 7 riyal will set you back 30 riyal. Overall though good location, well done, except for the couple little hiccup's.

Very caring and dedicated team- Siraj Meezan and restaurant staff. Special thanks to Nabirul who arranged VIP service even when he was off today 29Aug. How thoughtful they are that they arranged karkare juice to help me with my diet… now that’s care!!

My stay at Best Western Plus Doha was truly exceptional during an extremely difficult time. I was accommodated here by Qatar Airways after becoming stranded due to regional conflict, and what I expected to be a short stay turned into eight days beginning February 28. From the moment I arrived, the reception team was incredibly warm, compassionate, and professional. Their kindness immediately provided a sense of relief and safety. The hotel itself beautifully reflects Qatari culture, and its excellent location offers easy access to nearby markets, parks, and convenience stores. The dining experience was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh salads, fruits, flavorful curries, seafood, rice dishes, and desserts. The kitchen team went above and beyond to ensure guests were comfortable and satisfied. The rooms were outdated but spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel also features a wonderful shisha lounge that creates a welcoming social atmosphere. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Mahmoud, Tenjin, Sanjay, Sandhya, the talented chefs, and the entire staff who worked tirelessly with kindness and professionalism despite the challenging circumstances. Do they hi to them and they will truly make your stay memorable. Their care, warmth, and dedication truly made a difference during a very uncertain time. I am deeply grateful for the hospitality and support I received here. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Doha.
