Had a wonderful experience at Meesh Café! The coffee and bites were really good, but the best part was the excellent service from Biraj and Babita. Both are very professional, friendly, and attentive. A special mention to Biraj, who is a real asset to Meesh Café. His excellent upselling skills and product knowledge make the experience even better and genuinely encourage customers to try more. His approach is natural and professional, not pushy at all. Great coffee, delicious bites, and outstanding service. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We really appreciate the thoughtful gesture of placing an anniversary cake in our room. However, we noticed that the card beside the cake was addressed to someone else. There were a few areas that could be improved such as only one set of toothbrushes and slippers was provided, and the waste bins did not have plastic liners. We were also surprised that coffee at the dinner buffet was available at an additional charge. The room had a noticeable smoke smell, and when we requested to be moved to another room, we were informed that no other room was available. We also found the bidet difficult to use as it was positioned on the opposite side of the toilet. Additionally, the carpet in the room felt somewhat unclean, and the curtain appeared torn. Despite these concerns, we still managed to enjoy our stay, largely because of the excellent service provided by the staff. They were proactive, accommodating, and very helpful throughout our stay. Their positive attitude and willingness to assist made a significant difference to our overall experience. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, with some areas that could benefit from attention and improvement.

We had an amazing dining experience at Rodizio in the Crowne Plaza, and a big part of that was thanks to our server, Jericka. The food was excellent from start to finish. The selection of premium meats was flavorful, perfectly cooked, and served continuously, while the salad bar offered a great variety of fresh and delicious options. Every dish we tried was well-prepared and exceeded our expectations. What truly made our visit memorable, however, was Jericka’s outstanding service. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout our meal. She regularly checked on our table, made sure we had everything we needed, and always greeted us with a friendly smile. Even though the restaurant was busy, she remained professional, efficient, and made us feel like valued guests. Thank you, Jericka, for making our celebration even more special. We highly recommend Rodizio not only for its fantastic food but also for the exceptional hospitality. We’ll definitely be back!

I had a really great stay at Crowne Plaza Doha. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the hospitality overall was amazing. What really made the experience stand out for me was the housekeeping service, especially Shahbaz. Shahbaz was super professional, friendly, and clearly dedicated to his work. My room was always spotless, neat, and refreshed perfectly every day. He paid attention to the little details and always greeted me with a smile and a positive attitude. His effort and professionalism really made my stay more enjoyable. Team members like Shahbaz are a big part of what makes Crowne Plaza Doha such a great place to stay. Highly recommended, and I’d definitely love to stay here again!

Fantastic stay - probably the best one I had after 10 times visiting Doha. This time I used the Qatar Airways Stopover Program and am grateful I selected this hotel. Not only is the location ideal, close to the airport and metro within walking distance, but the staff is truly outstanding. Polite, friendly and helpful at any moment of the day. The rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable. Big fluffy bed, desk to do some work, sofa to relax, fridge for cold drinks, plenty of storage for clothes. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and multiple shower heads which gives your stay a truly relaxing experience. Highly recommend this hotel.
