I had a wonderful stay at Four Seasons Doha. The hotel is truly exceptional: elegant, spotless, and with a level of service that is simply outstanding. Every member of the staff was incredibly professional, warm, and attentive, making the entire experience feel effortless and genuinely luxurious.The rooms are beautifully maintained, the common areas are peaceful and refined, and the overall atmosphere is calm and sophisticated — exactly what you would expect from a world-class hotel.The only small point that could be improved is the constant flow of cars in front of the main entrance. With Uber pickups and valet traffic happening simultaneously, the area sometimes feels a bit crowded and chaotic compared to the otherwise serene experience inside the hotel.Aside from that minor detail, everything was truly excellent. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend the Four Seasons Doha to anyone visiting the city.

One of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had! The customer service was exceptional from start to finish, and every staff member made me feel truly welcome. I stayed during my birthday, and before I even checked in, the team surprised me with a beautiful birthday cake. They also decorated the room with balloons and placed a “Happy Birthday” pillow on the bed, which was such a thoughtful and memorable touch. The room dining was excellent, with delicious food and prompt service. Thank you, Four Seasons Doha, for making my birthday so special. I can’t wait to return!

What a total joy to experience this beautiful hotel. From the time we got picked up at the airport to being greeted by Anna in guest services, every minute of our stay was fabulous. Thank you Anna, Nafeel and Clifford at the pool, and GM Leon for making our stay so special. After a long trip from Africa, it was the most peaceful place to unwind. Do not hesitate to stay at this hotel. Four Seasons knows what customer service is all about.

I would like to leave a very positive review for Akshata Rao, the Front Desk Supervisor. Akshata was extremely professional, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. She handled everything with care, attention, and a very welcoming attitude. Her communication was clear, and she made sure our requests were properly taken care of. Our stay at the Four Seasons Doha was absolutely incredible — truly impeccable in every detail. The hotel offers outstanding infrastructure, with a beautiful beach, amazing pools, a fully equipped gym, and a relaxing spa. The room was stunning, spotlessly clean, and tastefully decorated. As we were celebrating my birthday, we were warmly surprised with thoughtful amenities waiting for us, which made the experience even more special. The Diptyque amenities were a lovely touch. The breakfast was simply divine, with an impressive variety, including a dedicated Arabic food station that elevated the entire experience. This was our second time in Doha, and without a doubt, we made the perfect choice staying here. We would definitely return!

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional and always happy to help. A special thank you to Rafaela, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Her kindness and excellent service really stood out. Our room was beautifully designed, peaceful and exceptionally comfortable. The bed was one of the most comfortable we’ve slept in, making it easy to relax after exploring Doha. The dining options were outstanding and the café was perfect for coffee and light bites in a beautiful setting. The outdoor facilities were simply incredible. The swimming pools are among the best we’ve experienced, and the private beach is immaculate, peaceful and never felt overcrowded. It truly offers a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere. Every detail throughout the hotel reflects the high standards you would expect from a Four Seasons property. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special. We have created wonderful memories here and will most certainly be returning. Without doubt, this is one of the finest hotels we have ever stayed

Great experience. The hotel is very clean. Rafaela in the front is great. She was courteous and really listened to my needs and chose a room suitable for my needs of extra quiet. She ensured I had a nice sea view which is what I wanted. She was attentive and helped to ensure all was perfect prior to my arrival. Sara was also great in showing me around the property. |Also I want to commend Ahmad at the entrance. It was stressful obtaining an uber to the airport and he was so helpful and patient. He ensured I made it to the airport ok. He really went above and beyond.
