I had a wonderful experience at La Cigale Hotel! The service was excellent, and the staff were welcoming, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. A special thank you to Eric from the security team for his kindness, professionalism, and outstanding assistance. He was very attentive and made me feel safe and comfortable. His positive attitude and dedication truly made a difference in my experience. Thank you to the whole team for the great hospitality. Highly recommended, and I would definitely love to come back!

The stay was quite an experience for us but the only thing was the receptionist who checked us in could have done better. She made us feel like we could not afford the place and asked too many times if I am bringing my children in, coz accordingly I only booked for 2 guests and the room is too small for all of us, like its my problem not yours, my children are still small, they wont occupy the whole bed anyway. I booked with other hotels too but I never had this encounter.

We truly enjoyed our experience and appreciated the hospitality. Definitely a place worth visiting for a memorable evening in Doha! Special Recognition to Erick – Security Team 👏 A special thank you to Erick for his outstanding professionalism, kindness, and exceptional customer service. He made us feel genuinely welcome and valued. His dedication, positive attitude, and the way he represents the hotel truly set him apart. I sincerely hope management recognises and appreciates Erick because employees like him are a valuable asset to any organisation. He doesn't just do his job; he leaves a lasting impression. We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and very helpful throughout our stay. A very comfortable hotel with excellent services. The staff are professional, friendly, and well-organized, and this is reflected throughout the entire property. The cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms is outstanding, and all hotel facilities are easily accessible. I used the restaurant for both breakfast and lunch, and the food was excellent. There was a wide variety of options available, especially during breakfast, with most items being fresh and well-prepared. I would especially like to recognize Al Amin for his exceptional service. He was highly professional, attentive to guests’ needs, and always quick to respond to requests. His dedication to guest satisfaction made a positive difference to my stay. I wish the hotel continued success and prosperity. This certainly will not be our last visit, and I look forward to staying here again in the future.

⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience at La Cigale Hotel. The hotel is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and the service was excellent. I really enjoyed the Brazil vs Japan match To be honest, the atmosphere was amazing! The decorations and the overall design made it feel like we were in the middle of a beautiful forest. A special thank you and appreciation to the manager Mr. Ashraf and Karim for their excellent service and hospitality. The food was delicious I had the sushi twice! The shawarma was great, and the coffee was excellent as well. Thank you to everyone for making this such a wonderful experience. Vamoooos Brazil! 🇧🇷 See you in the next round. I will definitely come back! ⚽🔥💚💛

Nothing is better than this clean hotel. Old but gold! Exceptional decoration, great food and nightlife. I live in Doha since 2011and i highly recommended. Nice staff also (carla & Ben at the reception) all staffs were so polite and really very helpful.
