Writing I have stayed at Millennium Hotel many times, and I’m always happy with the good service and facilities. The staff are very accommodating, especially Sikander from the assistance service, who kindly helped me bring my belongings to my room. His helpfulness and hospitality are truly appreciated. The breakfast is also good, and I’m happy to see the improvements in the rooftop restaurant. The new setup looks very nice, neat, and well-organized. The only small thing I noticed during my recent stay is that cotton buds are no longer available in the bathroom amenities, along with the comb. It would be great if these items could be provided again for guests’ convenience. Overall, I always enjoy staying at Millennium Hotel. Thank you for the excellent service and for making guests feel welcome. Keep up the good work!

Room is clean the staffs are very attentive. The room cleaning service is good on everyday. The location is easily accessible . The atmosphere seems slightly lacking behind other five stars hotels. Food is fine.

My stay had several issues that affected the overall experience.Before arrival, I was informed that an early check-in around 11:00 AM might be possible. However, upon arrival, the front desk staff member who assisted us, Shahid (or a similar name), stated that this information was “wrong” and that the standard check-in time was 3:00 PM. During this interaction, he was on the phone while checking us in and did not give us full attention, nor was any apology offered for the earlier inconvenience. Unfortunately, no alternatives or assistance were provided while we waited for several hours.I had requested a high-floor room, but the room assigned was on the first floor.Upon entering the room, there were multiple cleanliness and setup concerns, including missing bathrobes (which had to be requested), stained towels, no bar soap in the toilet area despite a soap holder being present, hair in the bathtub, and a used notepad.In the evening around 7:00 PM, we requested room cleaning by using the in-room button and placing the sign on the door. When we returned, the room had not been cleaned. After contacting the front desk, housekeeping arrived about 30 minutes later, and we had to wait outside while the room was being serviced. Later, we noticed a hole in the pillowcase. I considered requesting another linen change, but it was already late, and I was concerned that another delay would affect our ability to rest. The safe box was also not functioning and required attention from staff. On the day of check-out, we were still sleeping when we received a call reminding us that check-out time was 12:00 PM. Overall, there were repeated issues with communication, cleanliness, and service response. I have photos to support the concerns mentioned. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet expectations..

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Experience at Millennium Hotel Doha! My experience at Millennium Hotel Doha was truly wonderful. The service was excellent, and the breakfast was absolutely amazing, with great quality and variety. The staff were professional, friendly, and attentive throughout our visit. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service and hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay and excellent service in Doha!

I stayed at this hotel for one night last week, and overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant experience. My room was originally a Standard Room, but Mr. Fadi kindly upgraded me and also offered a late check-out, which I truly appreciated. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. A few basic amenities were missing from the room, such as a toothbrush and bathrobe. However, I contacted the hotel and they brought them to me promptly. I would just suggest making sure these essentials are already available in the room upon arrival. There was also an issue with the bathtub drainage. The water would not drain properly and only started draining after finishing. The food was really good, and I also enjoyed the facilities, especially the pool and jacuzzi. Overall, it was a relaxing and comfortable stay. I also appreciated the voucher they gave me at check-out. It was a lovely gesture from Mr Crist ‘ and a nice way to end the stay.
