Fantastic family experience. Vilaggio Mall is next door. Lots of shops and children's activities available. Staff were friendly, proactive and helpful. Room was great. Ipad controls made it easy to change the ambience at the touch of a screen. The bathroom had a lovely white tub so i recommend taking some roses and bubble bath to relax with. Shower was leaking a lot of water....Gorgeous views on each floor. Ladies fitness facilities were really well maintained and easy to access. Hospitality and housekeeping was wonderful throughout our stay. Everyone was very helpful and courteous.The dining experience needs some improvement. The menu items are not really gourmet. 360 Restaurant menu needs more flavour. Afternoon tea in the Tea Garden was OK. The scones need more flavour and should not be restricted to afternoon tea set menu. They were not served with clotted cream, but a local substitute maybe?Talabat service in this location is very good. Lots of quality food delivery options available. I recommend getting the app if staying at this hotel.It would be really nice if this hotel provided a cart service to take guests to and from Aspire Park. Especially for families with children. It's difficult to walk out in humid weather. A local tour would be very helpful too.

Wonderful experience at The Torch Doha! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The hotel has a beautiful atmosphere, excellent service, comfortable rooms, and all the facilities you could ask for. The staff were friendly and professional, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic experience and definitely a place I would love to visit again. Highly recommended! ❤️

We had dinner last night at the revolving restaurant at the top of the tower. The view was amazing, and the food was excellent and very reasonably priced for the location. Staff were kind and attentive. The restaurant has a lovely calmness to it, and the music is quiet. lt was the most relaxing dinner I’ve had. Staff took a lot of care adding flourishes to tables booked for birthdays or anniversaries. We will absolutely be back. We arrived on a whim with shopping bags and not wearing our best clothes, but staff made us feel comfortable and welcome. Thankyou everyone.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. However, there was a delay in room service. I ordered breakfast and part of the order was missing. When the missing items arrived later, no cutlery was provided, which was inconvenient. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but the room service could be improved.

The Torch Tower is such an elegant place with a beautiful ambiance. The food is excellent—the signature milky chocolate and club sandwich are a must-try and definitely worth the price. Amazing stay at The Torch Hotel 🤍 The pool experience was especially great, and I wanted to especially mention the lifeguard at the pool because he truly deserves recognition. He was very professional, always smiling, and made everyone feel comfortable and welcome. I just genuinely wanted to point it out because great service like this deserves appreciation.
