I booked The Town Hotel because the room pictures looked nice and the price was on sale. Unfortunately the actual room was not impressive at all compared to the photos. *Main issues:*|*No basic amenities*: No slippers, no toiletries provided, and only 1 towel for the whole stay *Room equipment*: TV remote didn’t work properly and the aircon was also faulty. Also busted light and lampshade. *Experience*: I decided to stay to relax but ended up more stressed, so I ended up checking out early I understand the room was on sale, but a discounted price shouldn’t mean basic hotel standards are ignored. The room should still have essentials and working facilities. *The positive:* |I do want to commend the staff. They were very accommodating, and the check-in process was quick and welcoming. That was the best part of my stay. I hope management can address the room issues so future guests get an experience that matches the pictures and the good service from the team.

It was good experience overall. The room was good, toilet was also good with some improvements require were needed in terms of furniture basin was leaking with water which was pouring down on floor. Also, it was difficult to use basin due to this issue. No place to put soap properly. Lift was small.only 3 people can adjust in.

The reception staff was good and helpful. Even though my booking through third party app and there was glitch but third party kindly resolved that issue. I have to wait and communicate with third party but luckily they resolved.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room cleaning was far below the standard expected. Even after housekeeping cleaned the room, it still felt dirty. Dust was left behind, the bathroom was not cleaned properly, and the overall cleaning was superficial and not done thoroughly. I had to request room cleaning several times, yet the quality never improved. In addition, I was not allowed to use the hotel parking and was told to park outside, despite being a hotel guest, which caused me significant inconvenience. Overall, the service did not meet the standards expected from a hotel, and I would not recommend staying here.The

I stayed here for 3 nights, and unfortunately, the experience was below expectations. The hotel is quite modest, and the lobby area feels very cramped. While the room size was okay, there were several annoying issues: * There was a disturbing green light directly above the bed that could not be turned off, which made sleeping difficult all night. * A strong smell of cigarettes was coming in from the hallway. * The pillows were tiny and disproportionate to the King-sized bed. * There was only one towel provided in the bathroom. Additionally, the reception staff were unsmiling. I do not intend to stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is in a great location, and the room was actually clean, not like other opinions said. The air-conditioning was at first hard to turn off, but after some research with Google Gemini I have found the solution. We did not take breakfast as taking a 10 minute walk to eat one of the best ones in town was more convincing.

Room is quite big, well equipped. We didn’t get second towel, as we asked. Breakfast was really poor. Staff was pleasant.

Hi everyone this hotel staff are not respectful specifically Mr Chahand and they are not allowed online delivery door to door any room person need to go down and receive the delivery Food or anything and they are not allowed to any visitors and they not provide full facilities like tissues Towel water it's totally very bad
