I stayed here on a QR flight layover. Check-in was a breeze. I received a room upgrade. Dropped my bags, took a shower and went to breakfast. I’ve not stayed at a W hotel before. I’ve always been happy with other top-tier Marriott brands, and this brand and property have equally impressed me. Upon organising my transfer back to the hotel. I was greeted by Fairoh. He attempted to contact the airline to reschedule. They never answered so he organised the house car to take me. Great experience. Thank you.

My second stay at W Doha, and once again I loved it. I was warmly welcomed, offered an early check-in, and the staff went above and beyond throughout my stay. The room was spacious, spotless and very comfortable, and the service was excellent. Everyone was genuinely helpful, friendly and always smiling. I felt completely at home and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended♥️

We had a great experience at the W Doha. At check-in we received an upgrade room and had the pleasure of staying in a W Suite room. The room was impressive and large with separate bedroom and living room areas. We booked this room mostly to relax and stay in and it worked perfectly for us. The staff at the hotel were warm and welcoming throughout our stay and we would recommend this if you're looking for a special stay in Doha's West Bay area. The staff checked in on us in person and over the phone during our stay to see if we needed anything for our room.The living room was nicely appointed with a large couch, dining table, hanging chair, desk, coffee/tea station with a Nespresso machine, large TV, Bose surround sound system, a small Bose smart speaker, and a few comfy chairs throughout. There was a bathroom in the main area near the entrance. The floor to ceiling windows in the corner suite offered views of the surrounding towers.The bedroom was awesome with a large comfy bed, plenty of storage and closet space, a large TV and an amazing bathroom. The bathroom had a large bath tub and some premium bath products including lotion and facial cleanser. The highlight here is the shower which had side jets, a large overhead shower and a wand that could all be turned on simultaneously. The melon extract products from Momo and the Nuze hand soap smell very nice.The facilities at the hotel are nice and there is a good pool area with comfy lounge chairs and a well equipped gym. There are changing areas near the pool area but we did not see locker rooms.The location is good with many good hotels and a big shopping mall nearby. There are lots of great restaurants, bars and cafes in this area and it is ok to walk around in the cooler months. It is a short walk to the beach from here. On site they have many good restaurants and the breakfast at Market was excellent but we would recommend trying Coya or Spice Market as well. The business lunch meals are very good here. The DECC metro station is a 15 minute walk away from here but we would recommend using Uber or Karwa to get around Doha if you want to do sightseeing.This is the kind of hotel my wife and I would not leave during our stay. All the amenities and restaurants on site mean you don't have to go far and you can order in everything else. We would consider staying here again and would recommend it for family and friends when visiting.

My husband and I are staying here with my mum and I must say the hotel is wonderful. The staff and breakfast are exceptional. For example, when I asked for cardamom in my tea my unusual request was met with a big smile. I’ve stayed in many hotels and places over two decades and this is now on my top hotel list. I love the experience of returning to a lovely comfortable room.

Very good brunch, with a great variety of food options and delicious desserts. All the staff were very kind, especially May, who was serving our table. She was always smiling, attentive, and very kind throughout the brunch. The live DJ music could be improved. It would be great to have a wider variety of music to appeal to different types of customers, as well as a more welcoming approach to reasonable song requests. This would make the overall experience even more enjoyable.

I’m staying here with my wife and mother-in-law and we are delighted with the service here and the hotel’s comfort is simply lovely. Having stayed in many hotels over the decades this is definitely top of the list for friendliness, luxury and amazing breakfast staff. It’s never too much trouble for staff on additional request during breakfast - very comfortable and a relaxing stay

The worst valet parking experience I’ve ever had The valet parking system at W Hotel is honestly one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. When I arrived, there was already a huge crowd, and even though I was on the same street, it took around 15 minutes just to get my car to the valet because of how poorly everything was organized. The experience when leaving was absolutely unacceptable. I handed over my valet card and waited TWO HOURS for my car. After waiting all that time, I found out that they had not even taken my car keys when I handed them the valet card two hours earlier. What happened next was even more ridiculous. I had to go and take my own car keys and walk to the parking spot myself to get my car. The parking area was full of sand, and I was wearing heels. Not a single staff member offered to help me or even showed any consideration. I had to deal with the entire situation myself after already wasting two hours waiting. The staff were also extremely rude and dismissive. They were ignoring me while I was trying to explain that I needed my car, despite the fact that I had already been waiting for hours. The whole area was extremely crowded, and there was absolutely no sense of urgency or customer service. I understand that the hotel can get very busy when multiple events are happening at the same time, but that is exactly when the valet operation should be prepared to handle the crowd. Two hours of waiting because the staff failed to take my keys is simply unacceptable. My advice: if you’re going to W Hotel, especially when there are multiple events happening at once, take an Uber. It will save you a lot of time, frustration, and an unnecessarily terrible experience.

I really liked my experience at the hotel, the room was big and on the 13th floor. Suha at reception was very hospitable, kind and informative. MJ was very engaging and gave me a map of all the attractions in Doha being my first time. Sony at the market, was such a wonderful person and provided me with great service. Perpetual at the Pool was amazing too! The staff really stand out. The rooms were spacious and well equipped, the bed was comfortable. The only issues I faced was the valet parking and on site parking- usually crowded and busy. Not enough lighting in the room and waste bins! Overall these are minor issues, my stay was a good one and I felt very well taken care of!
