Trip.com· 4 months agoIt is a good hotel but not 5 star. It was a bit of a mission to get to the hotel. No valet parking. Would recommend if you need a place to stay for the night or just stopping by. Far from beach and malls. You would need to take a taxi.

Google· 3 weeks agoWe had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza Jumeirah! ❤️ From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by the staff and made to feel comfortable. A special thank you to Ralfh, Samantha, and Jolor for being so accommodating, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. They assisted us properly, especially during check-out, and made everything smooth and hassle-free. The food was also great and absolutely fantastic! Everything, from the hospitality to the dining experience, made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you to the team for making us feel so welcome and well taken care of. Highly recommended! 😊❤️

The hotel has excellent facilities, the rooms are extremely comfortable, everything is always spotless, and the restaurant and food are outstanding. However, what I would especially like to highlight is the human quality of the team working here. For me, this is what truly makes Crowne Plaza Jumeirah the best hotel in Dubai. At the end of the day, beyond the facilities, what really makes a hotel special is the people: their kindness, their service, and the way they make you feel at home. Throughout our stay, the team has been incredibly attentive to us and especially to our little daughter. They have always been ready to help with anything we needed, constantly checking that everything was fine and making our stay as comfortable as possible. The level of service has been 10/10 — truly exceptional and difficult to improve upon. A very special thank you to Ivie, Jocelyn, Marwan, Rolan, Ayu, Khemae, Brandon and Snow for your attention, professionalism, kindness and genuine care. You have made a real difference to our stay and made us feel truly welcome. Thank you to the entire team for making this hotel feel like a home away from home. Google· Edited 2 weeks agoWe would like to thank Mr. Shamin Khan for his excellent service and for cleaning our room every day. He was very attentive and did a great job keeping our room clean and comfortable throughout our stay. Special thanks to Marina at the reception for her professionalism, politeness, and excellent customer service. She was very helpful and welcoming, and her courteous attitude made our stay even more pleasant. However, we were disappointed that the hotel did not provide the shuttle bus to the beach as advertised (booking.com). This was an important service for us when choosing the hotel, and its absence caused some inconvenience. Overall, we appreciate the housekeeping service provided by Mr. Shamin Khan, but we hope the hotel will improve communication regarding the availability of advertised facilities and services.

She was always very kind, friendly, and helpful whenever I had any questions. Her professionalism, patience, and warm attitude made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. It is truly a pleasure to meet someone who is always willing to help with a smile. Marina is a great asset to the hotel and a wonderful example of outstanding hospitality. Thanks to Crown Plaza Dubai Jumeirah for heling me surprise my husband. Special thanks to Mr. Surya of the Housekeeping Dept. for keeping our room neat, & organized. We enjoyed our 2 nights stay.

We were warmly welcomed by Samantha at reception during check-in - she was so friendly and made the check-in process smooth and pleasant. Special thanks to Alliah for her exceptional service - she was so warm, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome throughout our meal. One of the best dining experiences in Dubai. Highly recommended! Will definitely come back.

The staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful, always welcoming guests with a smile and providing excellent service. The restaurant offered delicious food with great taste and quality, making every meal enjoyable. The swimming pool was lovely and well maintained, providing a perfect place to relax. The room service was efficient and convenient, and the room itself was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Overall, I was very impressed with the hospitality, cleanliness, food, and facilities. A big thank you to the entire team for making the stay so pleasant and memorable.
