Just returned from a 3-night stay and I cannot fault this property. The staff offer a warm, welcoming smile at every interaction. Our room was not only spacious and spotlessly clean, but it also offered stunning views and a remarkably comfortable bed. The spa facilities were top-notch and a great place to relax. A special shoutout to Jerlyn in reception for making our stay wonderful. Highly recommend and will come soon with my family.

I had a great experience at DAMAC Maison Mall Street, especially thanks to Celina at the reception. She was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Our weekend at this hotel was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like royalty, proactively the room was breathtaking—spotlessly clean, exquisitely designed, and featuring expansive views of the burj. We especially loved the spa and the ultra-comfortable king-size bed. Dining at the on- la maison restaurant was a culinary delight, with perfectly executed dishes and attentive service. We will absolutely be returning for our next stay thanks much duncan for your help
