What a fantastic hotel! If you’re looking for somewhere with a fun, lively party vibe, FIVE Palm Jumeirah is definitely the place to go. 🌴🥂🎶 The Sunday Social Pool Party was brilliant, with dancers, singers and a great atmosphere throughout the day. It’s the perfect place to relax by the pool while still enjoying plenty of entertainment. We were pleasantly surprised that the drinks weren’t overly expensive for a Dubai hotel, and the food was fantastic both during the day and in the evening. There are loads of restaurants to choose from, including Chinese, Italian, Lebanese and Japanese, so there’s something for everyone. The rooms are amazing — really spacious, beautifully designed and with incredibly comfortable beds. We had everything we needed for a great stay. Overall, we absolutely loved FIVE Palm Jumeirah. ❤️ It’s a gorgeous hotel with great food, entertainment, music and a fantastic party atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again! 🌴☀️🍾

Dear,Recipient ,I would like to inform you about my recent experience at the hotel.Upon arrival, I had to wait for approximately two hours before being able to access my room, which is unacceptable. Additionally, I found that the overall environment of the hotel was not suitable for families and appeared to cater to an inappropriate clientele.Furthermore, many essential amenities were not available in the room, and the overall quality does not reflect a 5-star standard as advertised.Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel.I hope you take this feedback seriously and address these issues promptly.

Had a really nice time at Five Palm. The beach and pool areas are beautiful and well maintained, with great music and a lively crowd. Food quality was solid and presentation was impressive. It’s on the pricier side, but the atmosphere and location make it worthwhile for a special day out.

Dear Five Palm Jumeirah Team, I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the truly exceptional experience I had during my recent stay at your hotel. Five Palm Jumeirah offers the perfect vacation in every sense — outstanding facilities, breathtaking views, beautiful rooms, and an atmosphere that combines luxury with warmth and comfort. Every detail reflects excellence and thoughtful hospitality. What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was your remarkable staff. The kindness, professionalism, and genuine care shown by the entire team were simply outstanding. I would especially like to recognize Marco, whose service went above and beyond. His attentiveness, positive attitude, and dedication made a real difference and elevated our experience to the highest level. It is rare to find a hotel that delivers perfection both in amenities and in human touch — and Five Palm Jumeirah does exactly that. I wholeheartedly recommend your hotel to anyone seeking a flawless and memorable vacation in Dubai. Thank you again for everything. Warm regards, Miri Atias

FIVE Palm Jumeirah Hotel gets my perfect 5 stars. From the moment I arrived, the staff service was warm, professional, and welcoming. The room was beautifully designed, spotless, and offered stunning views that made even a short stay feel special. When you book and you have extra money to upgrade, try to get the sea view, it’s worth the experience. The atmosphere of the hotel is vibrant yet luxurious, and every detail reflects high standards of comfort and style. Even for just one night, it was a memorable experience, and I would definitely return for a longer stay. The party happens more likely on weekend in their Bohemian beach club with a great DJ - Friday night & Saturday night otherwise if you want a chill vibes, it will be from Sunday to Thursday. Apart from the beach, you will enjoy their swimming pools, gym, steam bath, restaurants, clubs, bars and lounge. This hotel is highly recommended.

Whether you’re there to relax, party, or just enjoy the view, this place delivers. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Dubai ✨
