I am deeply disappointed with our stay at this hotel. A serious safety issue occurred when a housekeeping attendant mistakenly locked my husband and me on the room balcony which on the 11th floor, until after around 45 minutes of yelling and asking help from the people on the street, a passerby helped us get free. On top of that, on the first day, my ordered food was disposed of by the hotel staff without any prior communication, adding to our frustration. When we tried to escalate this to management, we were never given a direct contact. No one took our feedback seriously. In fact, the receptionist implied we would be offered full board compensation—only if we did not leave a review. They even tried to shift blame, saying the staff member I reported had been terminated. I insist on direct contact from a member of senior management. Please provide me with a direct phone number or email so we can discuss this further. I expect a formal response from leadership addressing this serious matter. I expected a five-star experience, but this was far from it. I urge future guests to be cautious.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful experience at this hotel, and a special mention must go to Salisha for her exceptional service. She was incredibly welcoming, professional, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. Salisha truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and that we felt comfortable throughout our stay. Her kindness, positive attitude, and attention to detail made a real difference to our experience. The hotel is very fortunate to have someone like Salisha on their team. Thank you, Salisha, for the outstanding hospitality and for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable. We will definitely be happy to return!

The name Hilton says it all, service, hospitality, comfort and amenities. I truly cannot fault the Hilton Jameirah Palm. Rooms are spotlessly clean, the staff are fabulous and I made a point of speaking to all the cleaners and maids as they work hard to make the stay fabulous. |Food is excellent and the choice at breakfast is amazing. The bars are top notch with an amazing choice of drinks and food, my favourite was the Negroni lounge as they make my favourite cocktail. |They made my birthday a special day and they will never know just how much I appreciated it. I will be back.

We had a wonderful stay at Hilton. Everything was excellent, and the staff made us feel truly welcome. A very special thank you to Mr. Josh for his outstanding hospitality, kindness, and professionalism. He welcomed us warmly and made the check-in process incredibly smooth by arranging our rooms quickly and effortlessly. His excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended, and we look forward to coming back again!

From the very first moment, he welcomed us with a warm smile and a genuinely positive attitude, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. He was always observant, approachable, and ready to help, ensuring that every guest felt safe, valued, and well looked after. His dedication, genuine friendliness, and exceptional customer service truly stood out and made a lasting impression. Team members like Suman Karki are a real asset to the hotel and deserve recognition for their hard work, professionalism, and commitment to creating a wonderful guest experience. We would also like to express our appreciation to the entire hotel team. Everyone we encountered was incredibly friendly and welcoming—from the doormen at the main entrance, who greeted us warmly every day, to the housekeeping staff, who kept our room spotless and always worked with great care and kindness. Every interaction reflected the hotel’s high standards of hospitality. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our stay. The service from Irene in the restaurant is FIRST CLASS. Irene is very customer focused and heard it was my daughter’s birthday. She tied balloons to her chair and brought a stunning cake over. She goes out her way with every customer to prove them with the best holiday. She was asking if our holiday was going well and were we happy with our room etc. she really does care about the customer and is very proud of working for the hotel. She recognised us after meeting us once and was so helpful.

We’ve stayed at the Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah twice now (April 2024 and June 2025) and have already booked again for 2026. The hotel is consistently excellent. It’s spotlessly clean, and the housekeeping team clearly works very hard to keep it that way. Reception staff are friendly, efficient, and genuinely helpful. A special mention to Mary in the breakfast restaurant — she always makes the effort to say hello, check in on your day, and creates a really welcoming start to the morning. The pools are great, the daytime waiting staff are reliable and attentive, and the beach has a lovely view. At this point, we wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Dubai.
