We had a wonderful stay at Vida Residences Downtown and were very impressed with the overall experience. The hotel is beautiful, modern, clean, and very well maintained. The atmosphere is relaxing, the location is excellent, and the level of service throughout the property was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to assist. Everything was handled smoothly, and the team made a real effort to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. A special mention goes to Vpnesh and Aswanth, who stood out for their excellent service. They were extremely kind, attentive, professional, and helpful. Their warm attitude and willingness to assist added a personal touch to our stay and represented the hospitality of Vida perfectly. Overall, Vida Residences Downtown exceeded our expectations. The combination of a beautiful property, excellent location, comfortable environment, cleanliness, and genuinely caring staff made our experience memorable. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend Vida Residences Downtown to anyone visiting Dubai.

This was a really bad experience. Honestly, the worst I've had in my 3 years in the UAE. The staff were rude and acted like they were better than us. This is not okay for a place like this. Their behavior was completely unacceptable and made me never want to come back here again. Don't waste your time – go somewhere else. P.S. And based on the reviews, it looks like management doesn't pay attention to feedback about their front desk staff, so don't expect anything to change for the better. That's all you need to know about the service in this place😅

Came to sit here for 1 hour only, had an avocado drink and water with us. Only. We had to sit somewhere for business meeting to US. Pakistani man with blue shirt told us it is fine, but if security will see us, we would need to leave. No securities were there at all. And this was when we asked for a praying room and bathroom. And asked if it’s okay to sit here. Atleast we were genuinely asking. Then we went to the bathroom to wash our hands, when we came back, another receptionist, having fully grey suit, came to us and literally kicked us out. We told him we just got permission from your colleague to sit here, and then he said to his colleague “no I didn’t give permission”, if there was a voice recording possibility, he would be in trouble. Literally lied to us both and to his colleague. Also the grey suit man told us, security saw us from the camera and told them to kick us out. This is utterly wrong. It was very quiet (10-11pm), nobody in the lobby and still their customer service is this bad. We went to another residential building nearby (by Emaar as well) having zero issues. I have been working in hospitality sector since I was 17 years old back in Finland, and seeing this made me want to vomit. If I was their manager/boss, I would really give them a warning. Even if it’s a residential building, all depends on day and time. We are all humans at the end of the day and humanity seems to be forgotten in some people. Grey-colored suit man was extremely very rude. He was using his title to control people. And to lie and to be this rude, he doesn’t deserve to be in whatever position he is in. I am working as a manager myself, I would really have a proper talk to him. And to the Pakistani man that led us wrong as well. We could have moved here in 2 months but this only pushed us away. We literally just sat down, and were very quiet. And after us there were some other people sitting there without any issues and we are 100% certain they weren’t residents.

BAD EXPERIENCE. We came to sit with my wife here for 1 hour, opened our laptops, we went to reception to ask for prayer room and then bathroom and asked just in case, if we could sit here. The Pakistani man in the reception told us, yes, this time you can no problem (said it twice), but if security sees us we would need to go. No security saw us, atleast in person. We went to bathroom to wash our hands, came back and suddenly another receptionist, grey colored suit, dark skinned person, came to tell us we have to go, if we don't live here. The point is, security did not see us, and even if they did, how would they have knows we aren't residents, this guy (in grey outfit) was utterly rude to us. As my wife has been working in hospitality sector for 7 years, she knows that everything depends on time, if it's quiet time, it's perfectly normal. Even if it's residential apartment. Our Iranian friend lives in this building and has even told us there's seat downstairs that I can use for business calls, etc. Unprofessional and very rude staff, and it's actually sad that Vida's staff are behaving like this.

The apartment and the management team are truly high-level beautiful place, clean, and the staff from VIDA Residences and VIDA Hotel were wonderful. However, I really want to highlight one disappointing experience at the Tower 2 reception. It was our first time arriving after a long and tiring flight. Unfortunately, the man at the reception (a short guy with glasses) was extremely arrogant and unprofessional. Instead of welcoming us or helping with the check-in process, he laughed with his colleagues and made sarcastic comments while we were clearly confused and just needed guidance to our apartment. When we showed him the message from the management team, he simply said “you’re ready” without giving us any keys, apartment number, or directions. We ended up completely lost inside the building, going in circles between Tower 1 and Tower 2 until a kind employee from the gym noticed us and personally helped us find our way. When we finally returned to the reception, the same guy laughed again and told us that our apartment number was written in the message (something he could have kindly explained the first time). His attitude was simply unacceptable for someone in a front-desk hospitality role. Aside from this, everything else was wonderful the apartment, facilities, and the rest of the staff were exceptional. A big thank you to the gym employee who went out of his way to assist us. But please, management, train your reception staff better. One rude person can destroy the whole first impression of such a beautiful place.

Good luxurious well maintained only the issue about visitors parking is not available you can park near by or in underground parking then come to this place which is frustrating. Its heart of Downtown near to Dubai Mall and Burjkhalifa view the street itself is vibrant and good for evening walk with family and friends.
