We had a wonderful brunch at Fire Lake. The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, fresh, and full of flavour. Every dish we tried was a real treat. A special mention goes to Christian our server, who was awesome from start to finish. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. His warm, professional service really elevated the whole experience. Thank you Christian for looking after us so well and we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend Fire Lake for a fantastic brunch.

Amazing birthday stay This was my first stay at Radisson Blu Waterfront, and I had such a wonderful experience celebrating my birthday. From the moment we arrived, the welcoming atmosphere and hospitality were amazing. A special thanks to Paul for assisting us with our luggage and making us feel so welcome. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, beautiful birthday bed decorations, and a lovely birthday cake. It truly made my celebration extra special! We enjoyed dinner at Fire Lake Restaurant! special thanks to Oscar and Sachini for their excellent customer service and for taking such good care of us. We also had a lovely breakfast at The Larder Restaurant, where Mahmoud and his team gave us such friendly and engaging service. We also enjoyed our time at the Sports bar restaurant unfortunately didn’t get the staff names, but I really appreciated their friendly service and hospitality. And a very special thanks to Christopher for his outstanding hospitality throughout our stay. He was always attentive, kind, and genuinely caring, especially whenever we ordered In-Room Dining. He consistently made sure everything was taken care of. His professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. Thank you, Christopher, for going the extra mile! Overall, it was a beautiful and memorable birthday stay. Thank you to the entire team for making us feel so special and well taken care of. I will definitely be back!

Had such an amazing experience at the Radisson brunch! The food was absolutely delicious with such a great variety, and everything was fresh, beautifully presented and full of flavour. The servers were honestly amazing — so friendly, attentive and welcoming throughout the entire brunch. They made sure we had everything we needed and really went above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable. The atmosphere was lovely, the service was excellent and the whole experience felt so well organised. You can really tell that the staff care about making guests feel comfortable and looked after. Definitely one of the nicest brunch experiences I’ve had and I would happily come back again. Visited for a training and I would say its a lovely experience. The people are friendly and very attentive ans willing to help. Arrived earlier than my check-in time and was allowed into my room 3 hours earlier. Chef Walid especially was very helpful and gave us a full buffet during my training. Rooms are very spacious and everywhere is easy to navigate from here. Would highly recommend. Buffet option is also very great and versatile.

We had a wonderful stay at Radisson Blu Waterfront, Business Bay. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well maintained, but what truly made our experience special was the incredible service and warmth of the staff. A special mention to the housekeeping team — Subhash, Reda and Afzal — who were absolutely wonderful. They were so kind, thoughtful and welcoming. They went above and beyond by beautifully decorating our room for my mum’s 75th birthday, making the celebration even more memorable and special. Their attention to detail and genuine care meant so much to our family. We also had the pleasure of meeting Chef Namita and Pratish at the breakfast buffet. They were friendly, approachable and made the dining experience even more enjoyable. A big thank you to Simran, who was an amazing server at breakfast. She was attentive, polite and always greeted us with a beautiful smile, making every morning a pleasure. They were all very polite and very professional. A big shout out to Namita and Simran for their gorgeous smile and beautiful mannerisms. Emerald, Felita, Ibrahim, Ferdi and Karolin were polite, professional and friendly. The vallet Rajendra was awesomely sweet too. So you can see from vallet to the head of staff Overall, our stay was made unforgettable by the amazing team. Thank you to everyone at Radisson Blu Waterfront, Business Bay, for your hospitality, kindness and exceptional service. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to others.

First thing first: they manipulate reviews, look at the timestamp of the reviews in my screen captures and the date that the manager replies. The overall experience of our stay has been awful. We deeply regret choosing the Radisson Blu Waterfront for our entire trip to Dubai—it nearly ruined our Christmas holiday. This is only our second night here, with three more to go, but I feel compelled to share what has been our worst hotel experience ever. For a hotel that claims to be five-star, the standards fall far below acceptable levels:1. We booked a “City View Standard Room” with two extra beds. Despite requesting the second bed twice—first in person at reception and then via phone—we were provided with only one. We eventually accepted this, as the room is noticeably smaller than depicted in the photos on Trip.com. The “One Touch Service” line also went unanswered initially, requiring multiple attempts to get through.2. The decor and furnishings feel dated and worn, and the cleanliness is questionable, as shown in the attached photos.3. Upon check-in, no one informed us that the heating system does not function. Desperate for fresh air in the stuffy room, we switched the Honeywell panel to “heat” mode, set the fan to low, and the temperature to 25°C. Instead, cold air blew continuously, dropping the room temperature from 23°C to 16°C in minutes. Only after inquiring at reception the next day did we learn there might be an issue with the room’s facilities. A technician eventually arrived—after we bypassed the unresponsive “One Touch Service” and called the operator directly (which still took about a minute to answer). He explained that the hotel has no heating at all, so we are restricted to “cool” mode with “auto” fan speed. This causes the system to activate randomly and noisily, blowing cold air for about 30 seconds before switching off.4. In addition to the cleanliness concerns, the shower water temperature fluctuates dramatically—scalding hot one moment and icy cold the next. Reducing the flow helps slightly, but the issue persists.5. The Christmas buffet started about 20 minutes late, which was understandable given the busy period. However, we were asked for our room number four times by different staff members, despite there being only one table occupied in the entire restaurant. While the staff were polite and the service otherwise good—and we appreciate the need to verify package inclusions—repeated requests felt awkward and excessive. We realize most of these issues cannot be resolved during our remaining stay. This review is simply an expression of our deep frustration (indeed we are quite worried if they will revenge during housekeeping but we still have to voice it out as we want other travellers to stay away during this peak season). They proudly brand themselves as “the friendliest 5-star hotel in Dubai.” I might agree—if reclassifying it as a 3-star.

Don't know where to start so i will start with the staff, this company should be commended for choosing such amazing people to work throughout their building. From the doormen, to the check in staff, concierge, cleaners and all the restaurant team, they were all so happily interactive with us. I must make a special mention to Ferdi, Gilbert and Qamar for their undying help in regard to our lost luggage, these guys spent countless hours on the phone to the airport trying to locate our bags, which they eventually did. Cant thank them and all the other un named staff that were involved in the search, you guys made our stay a stand out to anywhere else we have been on our 2 month trip around Europe and Dubai. The food Fantastic! The Rooms, Amazing, and the views! Wow!! The Bed, very very comfortable! Overall staff hospitality, second to none!! Can’t recommend Raddison Dubai waterfront highly enough!! AAA+ from us!! 🇦🇺🦘
